Why would you do this and not a program that incorporates multiple movements to hit the various areas of the body equally as effectively as one another? Unless you want to have no shoulders, small triceps, no hammys, and small biceps
>Why would you do this and not a program that incorporates multiple movements to hit the various areas of the body equally as effectively as one another?
Because that sounds like it would take effort. The whole point of the meme is that it makes it seem like you can get a nice body without making an effort.
Rows are literal partial chin ups in terms of range of motion and they only really tax the lower back, which means that you have to deadlift less. Its just not worth it.
>chin ups work those same upper back muscles at longer muscle lengths and through a deeper range of motion >only benefit is that rows engage spinal erectors, which deadlifts do an even better job of
retard
I only do four compounds lift and everyone who comments on how shit my program is looks worse than me and has gotten less results than me.
if you don't do chinups I know you are a fatty
never done a chin up, I do landmine rows.
Based minimalist king.
sorry but flat bench press does not hit shoulders, you would have to incline it to at least 30 degree
Don't engage with the minimalist routine poster, he's never posted his body even once despite shilling the same program for months.
100% guarantee whoever made this post looks nothing like the "achievable mode" pics, especially the middle one
He's never posted his physique so you'd be correct.

Same, but I do low bar squats instead and for accessories I do weighted dips, pullups and chinups
Forgot to add bb rows
don't neglect your bb columns as well
The only exercise worth doing is OHP. As for other exercises, I switch them out for hack squats, RDL, DB bench press, and pulldowns.
so you've replaced the main lifts with assistance lifts to them... are you a woman?
Needs some bicep, tricep and delt isolation
