sorry but flat bench press does not hit shoulders, you would have to incline it to at least 30 degree

Don't engage with the minimalist routine poster, he's never posted his body even once despite shilling the same program for months.

Why would you do this and not a program that incorporates multiple movements to hit the various areas of the body equally as effectively as one another? Unless you want to have no shoulders, small triceps, no hammys, and small biceps

Because that sounds like it would take effort. The whole point of the meme is that it makes it seem like you can get a nice body without making an effort.

rows are redundant if you already do chin-ups and deadlifts, only add as assistance later

Rows are literal partial chin ups in terms of range of motion and they only really tax the lower back, which means that you have to deadlift less. Its just not worth it.

          >chin ups work those same upper back muscles at longer muscle lengths and through a deeper range of motion
          >only benefit is that rows engage spinal erectors, which deadlifts do an even better job of
          retard

The only exercise worth doing is OHP. As for other exercises, I switch them out for hack squats, RDL, DB bench press, and pulldowns.
