>how bad is it to use shampoo everyday?
for me it dried my scalp out with all the chemicals,it also made my hair look damaged. if i use some mild bar of soap daily it isnt a problem at all
Selsun blue smells fucking horrible I’d rather just have the dandruff. Used it a few times and I smelled like a rotten egg no matter how much I tired to rinse it out.
Brushing my hair and using a blowdryer instead of airdrying fixed it for me. I was under the extremely wrong impression that air drying is better for your hair and scalp.
unless you have scabs or spots on your scalp or your skin is coming off in large flakes this is just normal dead skin and/or chemical residue that you didn't remove correctly when you washed your hair >you have to scrub your scalp with your fingers both when you put shampoo in and when you rinse it out >brush your hair several times a day, and let the brush scrape your scalp (not too hard, it shouldn't hurt)
you don't need to buy nizoral unless you have symptoms of a fungal infection, it's a topical antifungal afterall
If it's oily dandruff, Head and Shoulders.
if it's dry dandruff aka just dead skin, don't use any shampoo at all and eat more animal fat.
Don't fall for the super sensitive dry skin eco shampoo meme, all shampoo makes your scalp more dry.
OP here, forgot to mention i'm gay
Use extra hydrating shampoo and cut down on sugar

how bad is it to use shampoo everyday? I have long blonde hair and I'm thinking of cutting it short and using less chemicals.

Regular shampoo will do nothing for dandruff and sugar intake has nothing to do with dandruff.
this is good for dandruff but it completely JUSTs your hair
Sugar has no impact on dandruff
