    Neither. Workout after work. Least amount of creeps, arabs, naggers, etc. Mostly normal functional members of society. It's also the most practical time period. Now I don't mind morning or night sessions I've done them all during my years but mornings just arent practical logistically speaking and I also have the worst performance then. Late nights are sometimes cool but again might have low performance because Im tired and after that I actually get an energy boost which is bad because then I have trouble falling asleep.

    After work just makes the most sense. Also I get to feel good for the remainder of the day. But its mostly honestly naggers/arabs. I just dont want to deal with them during the evening/night shift.

    Neither. Middle of day is perfect if you can fit it in your schedule. I enjoy my morning routine too much to have to worry about pumping iron, and I like using the nights for all of my recreational / lazy / chillout time. Middle of the day gives me a boost of energy too which is often needed around 2 or 3pm. It's perfect.

    Up to you, but working out in evening or night time can disrupt sleep quality because of elevated HR, especially if you use a caffeinated pre workout

    In terms of fitting it around life, I find morning the best. You can always decide when to start work, but you can't always decide when to stop (assuming not shift work). Ensures you can always get it in and prioritise it with full energy

      this is bullshit. I work out so hard Im ready for bed right after. That's optimal. Let the body completely rest so I can get freakishly big. But then again, I don't take some pussy ass pre-workout to get through one.
