Now I don't mind morning or night sessions I've done them all during my years but mornings just arent practical logistically speaking and I also have the worst performance then. Late nights are sometimes cool but again might have low performance because Im tired and after that I actually get an energy boost which is bad because then I have trouble falling asleep.

Middle of the day gives me a boost of energy too which is often needed around 2 or 3pm. It's perfect.
