Got your attention? Good, because I've tried it a few times and can never find a good reason for working out.
Most common reasons for working out:
1. Insecurity. Well guess what? Everyone has insecurities. You're going to be insecure about things no matter the position you're in. I guess gym bros are the few that have become hyper focused about their body insecurities. Plus, it probably can possibly accelerate hair loss if you have the gene for it
2. Health. Okay, a legitimate reason here. But I'm 21, I'm overweight and fortunately never drink soda, I just need to cut off all the other garbage in my life. But I still feel healthy.
3. Relieving stress. I am not stressed or depressed.
4. Looking good. It's like the first reason but it's a shallow reason. You can fuck all the women you want but at the wnd of the day a wife is much more meaningful than a fuck doll. A genuine, loving relationship matters much more.
Am I missing anything? Why should anyone put so much effort and pain for some mostly illegitimate rewards?
