and also, stronger glutes for more stability when doing OHP/Push press. My back feels like it's almost going to implode. My seated dumbbell presses are heavier than my OHP and IST told me I have weak glutes without me telling them I was built like a chopping board.
deadlift and hip hinge properly. barbell squat. You’ll be able to load a lot more weight on the muscle. Your glutes are the biggest muscle on your body. DB bench pressing 2 40kg dumbells isn’t particularly impressive and you’re expecting a single one of those to give the biggest muscle on your body a decent workout. Not possible. This is why people squat and DL. you need more weight
nothing impressive about those weights, keep at it for another 6 months while increasing load time to time and check again
