I don't believe this stuff is as bioavailable as we think it is. I don't believe in whey and all of those types of protein bars are so cooked/processed that I can't see the protein being digestable

Protein isn't a micronutrient you dumb tard. What do you think food is made of? Carbs, proteins, and fat, plus water. A pill would be nearly the same size (smaller due to no water) as the food you eat.
