This. A few top sets of 10 front squats with 185 lbs and then stiff legged deadlifts for sets of 20 with 175 lbs and i'm fried for the week. Maybe work some core and bulgarian split squats 3-4 days between but if done consistently that'd be pushing it and i'd never recover.

2 leg days a week, quads one day and glutes/hamstrings other (and calves at the end of both). Plus I do cardio at the end of every lift session, which definitely contributes to leg volume.
Also I like to take walks around my neighborhood after dinner. My legs get plenty volume, thank you.
