it's symbolic, gay. I'm saying that people question the global rise in obesity despite the obvious fact that energy-dense sneed oils are pumped into everything people eat these days.

Fucking what? What are you talking about anon?

Human nature I think. I am about 185-ish pounds and all of my weight goes to my thighs. I literally have to waddle. Even though I'm not obese. I can't lose the weight because not eating at least 1900 calories a day causes me so much stress I would be at boiling point and in danger of losing my job, which I already struggle to keep.

Every time I try to fast the pressure becomes unbearable and I cave. Besides this I drink to deal with the stress. It seems like my life is filled to the brim with stress, I basically live on the bus and at work. The only thing I do is work, sit on the bus, eat and sleep. I actually don't even eat a significant amount, it's just enough to sustain my weight basically. It's actually difficult to explain.

Your hormones are completely fucked up and that's not natural. What do you even eat? Do you eat the slop?

What's the difference between this and olive oil?

Rapeseed oil has to be heavily chemically processed to become not just edible but palatable to human beings. Olives just need to be pressed until you have oil.

not that anon, but just wondering how does this impact your body? Like what happens inside your body when you digest a heavily processed oil like canola as compared to a pressed oil like olive or avocado?

I don't know, man. I'm just trying to figure out how to stop feeling like I'm stuck in the least exciting dystopian hell world and hoping maybe cutting out processed foods does the trick.

sorry but I can barely read, so I'm not reading that
human beans don't need very much food
they don't need sugar at all if they have body fat and they don't need exclusive dietary fat if they have body fat
Protein is all a human really needs, maybe a piece of fruit in the morning for the fiber (not that people need very much fiber) and to restore their glycogen stores

Check out what happened in the 70's and you'll piece it to together pretty quickly.
Bogus dietary science and corporate influence caused a fats scare and the fat free movement happened. That made everything taste like shit so corps added sugar to everything, USA subsidized HFCS and made sugary shit CHEAPER THAN HEALTHY FOOD.
Still the case to this day. It's why junk food is so cheap and corps profiting off of this poison obviously aren't gonna let anyone interfere with their profits now. So they fund bogus studies and bribe politicians to keep it this way now.
Flour is also awful for you the same reason juice is. You process it waaay too fast. Insulin resistance = fatass
Americans eat a shit load of flour.
Sugar added to fucking everything processed= fatass
Soda is sugar, but diet/0 sugar stuff with fake sugars/sweeteners still cause insulin resistance = FATASS.
tl;dr bogus 70's dietary science, government interference, corporate greed, stupid uneducated population.

Almost everything in America they feed us is poison. Even "healthy" food is tampered with and turned into crap. And most people are uneducated about all this and that's how they want it and plan on keeping it. The system is evil and its got us all by the balls. I'm a fatass myself trying to break the horrible eating habits I was raised on. Slowly detoxing all the terrible shit I've put in my body over the years. Remember you don't lose weight to get healthy, you get healthy to lose weight.
