Why do all scientists and reputable sources say that red meat causes a myriad of health problems, cancer, etc? What’s the verdict on red meat?

Its fine. Beneficial as hell. Most "scientists" and "reputable sources" have not touched a barbell in their lives. Literallt anyone with a degree of strength or time in the gym will tell you otherwise. Eat your meats.

From what i've read only anything under well done causes a myriad of health problems. Our bodies may had at one point allowed raw meat consumption but that's a bygone era since our bodies have adopted to breaking down the required sources of fuel in a well done steak

It's fine just not every day
    I rotate through meats

A lot of food science articles are bullshit to fuck with the demand for something.
I.e. if I can drive down the demand by a few percent, drive down the cost of the cattle, and then later (a year or two) create a new article that new information has been found that indicates red meat is Good for you, and then I raise demand by a few percent and sell the cattle.

You're best bet is to not be lazy and figure out your own nutrition, depending on your needs.

I eat red meat everyday. I was told my kidneys would have a hard time and I would get gout more often.
It’s been 7 months eating mostly meat and 0 processed carbs and sugars. My eGFR improved and I haven’t had a gout attack.
Lipid panel improved across the board.
Before I would get a gout attack every two to three months.

        Sure
It's much better to cycle through meats every day
For example chicken is a good source of selenium, something you don't get from red meat.
Fish is a good source of omega 3.

You can really interchange lamb or beef, but lamb is fatter, however at the moment it's cheaper per kg.

Different meats also provide different amounts of your essential amino acids.
So if you cycle them, you get all your amino acids and micro nutrition.

I agree with you. I love to eat all types of meat, but I admit I rarely eat chicken because I eat anywhere from 6 to 8 eggs a day.
When I want to feel fancy, I eat lamb or cap steaks that I save. I butcher my own roasts because I save almost 50% off per pound.
I cure wild salmon as well and have been thinking of doing a cold smoke.

            Nice
Yeah I used to butcher my own meat but I can't find a well priced butcher in a big city. They're all way over priced.
No wild salmon here so I have to buy it from the store. But I pick a good brand that I know, and they don't farm them too densely. I'd go for other oily fish but you can't beat salmon in terms of taste and texture.

    Processed meat=le bad, actual steak=good.
With the mid eastern religions being right, pork is generally a worse meat, and carries illnesses. In the western world it's more of less fine unless you eat raw, or seasoned, liver or sausages in their casings.

      Western pork is fine
But I do agree that it's an inferior meat to beef, chicken, lamb or fish.

I do like me a bit of pork occasionally.

    >Why do all scientists and reputable sources say that red meat causes a myriad of health problems, cancer, etc? What’s the verdict on red meat?
They're tested on the average population and the percentage of people who are overweight, obese or morbidly obese in my nation is literally over 50%
the average person is fat as FUCK and extremely unhealthy, the alcohol culture is based on bulk consumption, they eat retarded sugary processed goyslop foods, smoking/vaping is extremely common etc.
It's not hard to see why certain things that are fine, not noticeably bad or even healthy for people with good hearts, good fitness and proper weights will add to their already terrible medical outcomes.

There was some homosexual doctor on the TV seething about the sugar content of green apples the other day cause of all the diabetic freaks rolling around in their spaz chariots with one foot. Yeah it's definitely the apples and not the chicken nuggets!

And all this is if we assume that the studies are conducted properly and accurately represent reality, but medical outcomes are one of the largest culprits in the crisis of reproducibility that the scientific community is currently dealing with. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Replication_crisis just have a read if you want to know why would should absolutely ignore most studies unless they are thoroughly reproduced and reviewed. An absurd amount of scientists are currently just lying on papers and nobody ever checks it, because of the culture of publish or perish.
