Not all of them! I certainly didn't. I knew realistically how underweight I was and didnt care for it. There were others like that too, who I met. I starved for reasons above, to numb emotions, die, and ignore life. Maybe some fat people have also given up on life and just want to die and know it could kill them ? But this is just the case for the fatties with eating disorders ~

for me it was depression, but slowly over time i realized the food that i was using to cope was also keeping me in this state. I had a pretry athletic body before i got depressed, i fucking ruined my body.
