Dirty bulking is mega cope made for powershitters, i did a bulk for a year went from 68kg 15% bf to 85 kg 1/2/3/4 then after a cut i was 72 kg and still at 15%, one year and a half and 17kg just for 4 kg of actual muscle, i could have made more progress if I just stick to lean bulking

Because it's extremely easy to fall into the permabulker trap and never escape. That "temporarily" slowly becomes "permanently" and you end up never being lean again because you start deluding yourself that you're actually gaining muscle (hence you keep building "strength") when you're actually just getting fat.
It's much easier to track progress and keep your body in check if you're reasonably lean. You don't have be sliced tier, but you should keep your body in good shape where your muscles are clearly visible and defined, even if you happen to be part of that 0.01% of people who are actually interested in lifting for strength: it gives you better mobility for movements such as squats.
Bloatmaxxming is only acceptable if you're trying to compete, and even then you should never overdo it. Past a certain point, fat is just fat and offers no practical advantage, not even for strength.

If you're thinking you'll just cut later, you have the wrong idea. When you cut, you lose both muscle and fat, and end up where you started.
It's actually better to eat normally and let intensive training drive hypertrophy, not a special diet.

Natty lifting is not like steroid lifting, there is no benefit to doing bulk/cut cycles vs eating normally.
