No one eats lard in the US. Even finding lard in the US is near impossible.
I'm no ketofag (in fact my own diet has a lot of rice and potato), but I do think lard would be an improvement over the shit in American food. My grandparents cooked everything in lard and never got fat.
People eat too much of everything in general. Very few people even have distinct meals any more, they just snack constantly, always prepackaged food that if you look closely at the labels, contain ingredients whose names you can't even pronounce. No one cooks.
I'm convinced this is in at least the top 5 reasons why Americans are fat. If you order a soda in practically any restaurant, especially fast food restaurants, you can refill as much as you want and the cup is at least 20 ounces. Drinking two cups of soda that big is like 600 calories, and 20 ounces is usually the small cup. 32 ounce is much more common.
In a world where your stomach and general biochemistry prevents you from overeating (even on the fat lards in OP picture) unless you gulp hfcs with acid
on healthy people add stomach size as a limiting factor
I am with the anon you quotes
the pizza is not the issue in ops pic
it isnt healthy, but no one can reach the mass of those hamplanets without soda
just physically impossible
> How does SwoleShack solve the obesity problem?
It would require to change whole culture. Make people walk more or use bicycles. Make people cook more instead of ordering food. Stop connecting any leisure time with eating snacks.
As a fatty who is turning himself around my greatest enemy has been myself all these years and it all starts in the mind. I have so many ingrained habits that I need to deprogram but to summarize them would amount to what you listed.
if they stop using sugar and high-fructose-corn-syrup , in litterally everything, that would probably fix 40% of the problem, the rest has to be achieved through being more physically active.
Most people don't even want freedom, if the last 2 and a half years are anything to go off of. Or at the very least, the unenlightened masses deserve to be tyrannised.
Unironically it's city architecture. I live in Northern Ireland and wouldn't think twice about walking 10-15 minutes to go to a shop.
That is simply not feasible in America, most people live at minimum an hour away from their local store.
Even in areas where the store is closer, the layout is directly hostile to pedestrians. I spend half the year in the american midwest and trying to get anywhere without a car is a fucking nightmare.
Especially in winter, every other year I spend the winter in Wisconsin and trying to get your cardio in is a fucking deathtrap. They don't even grit half their pavements.
Bad city planning mixed with ludicrous sizings of pretty much everything is the cause.
A small increase in calorie consumption and decrease in physical activity adds up pretty quickly (1 pound bf=3500 calories). That's literally it. People eat a little more and do a little less physical work and it's been a complete disaster.
The problem is entirely with calorie dense foods being selected over nutrient dense foods.
If every fast food place switched to wholemeal bread, used less/different meats and cheese, had sweet potato fries, etc, the problem would disappear, I guarantee it. Even the sticky acknowledges diet as "the single most important factor", but, as far as I know, it doesn't paint the full picture.
Beyond the importance of hitting macros, or eating at a caloric deficit, there's also proper nutrition. You need a truly balanced diet to even know when it's time to stop eating. Everything ultimately comes down to nutrition because, beyond respiration, everything our body is composed of is about what we eat and drink. You might be able to drive a few kilometres with a flat tire, but you're not going to make it interstate without seriously damaging the car. By having shit nutrition these people have shit brains that fail to stop them eating shit.
>85% of Americans addicted to caffeinated soda >most foods deep fried in vegetable oil >most fatties eat 10x the amount of food a normal person should eat >American culture is sedentary >Most Americans are brainwashed into buying more food
It can't be fixed.
The pizza alone would be fine. It's the corn syrup that is the real culprit. No one can bulk to that size without 4000-6000 empty soda calories.
if they stop using sugar and high-fructose-corn-syrup , in litterally everything, that would probably fix 40% of the problem, the rest has to be achieved through being more physically active.
God why are there so many retards who immediately say sugar (don’t even get me started on midwits and high fructose corn syrup). Consumption of sugar is actually starting to decrease yet people are still getting fatter. It’s just eating too much especially too much processed shit. I’ve lived in Europe and asia and while people are getting fatter there too they have the benefit of having more traditional foods that they still eat that are relatively unprocessed. For most Americans we don’t really have that. So people eat whatever shit is being marketed to them whether it’s Cheetos for poor people or gluten free organic bullshit that still makes you fat for yuppies. Literally every person I know acts like I slapped their mother when I drink a soda yet they’re fat and I’m not because most of the time I’m eating chicken rice and vegetables. It’s always some fucking scapegoat in the US instead of just eating unprocessed simple food for most of your diet
it's really just overconsumption of highly processed foods that are filled with both sugar and fat with no nutrient density whatsoever that essentially turns you into an addict and doesn't provide any satiation.
Midwit take.
You're looking at population-level consumption without appreciating the differences hidden by averages.
Sure, sugar consumption is going down, on average, but the fat fucks are still consuming way too much. There are more people these days who eat little or no added sugar, bringing down the average.
I heard Mexicans consume so much coke, its actually insane.
It's probably even higher than the USA and its saying something. There's a high chance that some of them have an obesity problem there.
Kill all israelites and put normal people in charge of the media and politics so we can emphasize good health for the people instead of all the clown world shit we've been seeing lately.
I think i read somewhere that like only 5 states in the us have mandatory P.E classes in school, seems like an easy fix lol sure it wouldn't help everybody but im sure it would get a lot more kids interested in sports/ exercise in general at a young age
Force kids to develop healthy habits from a young age by implementing the rigorous gym classes they were experimenting with in the 60s (La Sierra and the thousands of schools that followed).
>How does SwoleShack solve the obesity problem?
Unless you literally force stores to take the products off the shelf and force all takeaway places to close you will never solve this problem
The odds are stacked against them, it is ultimately their fault but their circumstances just foster it. >Largest portions in the world, from the moment they're kids. >Junk food directly marketed to kids >Highly caloric food >Country as a whole prioritizes cars over people >Food everywhere you go
High consumption of meat and dairy and lard
>t. retard
It's sugars, artificial sweeteners, and oils.
>t. Retard
It's animal products and high calories
Ah yes surely it's the things people having been eating since the dawn of time and not the 5000 kcal of HFCS per bite.

fpbp, also their soda is dirt cheap and you get free refills everywhere

homosexual

render fatties into biofuel which powers machine which eviscerates trannies and journalists verification not required

In what world is a 3ft diameter pizza "fine"?
America
When I'm fucking starving after a hard days work.
Dumb bitch

I love being fit but i'm an SwoleShacktard as well. Still a bus rider though, would love to get something cool soon.

I'm a gay man and I LOVE pussy
As the supreme dictator I would simply ban noxious foods like soda
Freedom is the FREEDOM to drink soda
>Freedom
Clearly most people cannot handle such priviledges
Most people don't even want freedom, if the last 2 and a half years are anything to go off of. Or at the very least, the unenlightened masses deserve to be tyrannised.
You have freedom of choice. Which means you have the freedom to chose wrong, to make the bad choice. You have the freedom to fail.

There's a high correlation with behavioral health disorders.

i highly doubt the fridge water filter gets regularly used here
>How does SwoleShack solve the obesity problem?
Facilitate more eating, let nature do the rest.

One grocery store pizza in America has over 3k calories. A regular Margherita pizza here is around 1k. Wonder why
Everything in America is bigger. Our houses, our toilets, our pizza, our women.
Kill all israelites and put normal people in charge of the media and politics so we can emphasize good health for the people instead of all the clown world shit we've been seeing lately.
Simply because food is abundant and cheap, stress eating is also common
>2011
do you think they are still alive?
wow that monkey is literally me
I find it funny that people on this picture are probably dead already.
Recruit them to jims to remove and add plates to the machines like little elves, downtime is cardio
Honestly, I'd like to try out eating a Pizza that large. Would probably need one or two more people in the end tough
I think i read somewhere that like only 5 states in the us have mandatory P.E classes in school, seems like an easy fix lol sure it wouldn't help everybody but im sure it would get a lot more kids interested in sports/ exercise in general at a young age
By not having global lock downs. The obesity problem would have been solved in 2 weeks.

Just build communism lol

Just switch to Coke Zero. Then scientists need to figure out how to make 0cal pizza.

Because they eat too many calories.
