I'm convinced that barring accident our life expectancy is already set in our genes. Diet/healthy active lifestyle has very little to no impact on it.
One side of my family, they never use any alcohol, never smoked a cigarette, ate only the most healthy and clean foods imaginable, had very healthy and active lifestyle and they all die around age 60 to heart attack etc.
Then my other side of the family, all overweight, smoking and drinking their whole life, eating only sausages, french fries etc, never did any sports and so on. They live to 90 and some still alive. Like I said barring accident I don't think it makes any fucking difference how you live, you will die when your genetics tell you so. It just cant be coincidence.
This guy hasn't done any exercise since the age of 6 and probably eats like trash, and is 76. You can literally lie down all day and eat the standard american diet and live a long life.
