Day A: deadlift and OHP as main lifts, then added curls, lateral raises, core work, and dead hangs.
Day B: squat, bench, and pull-ups as main lifts, then added pec flys, tri extensions, and more core work.
For cardio, I did a mix of easier zone 2 uphill walking, and running. Typical cardio was a 30-minute session, but I do a longer 1hr run most weekends.
I actually trained up to and completed a half-marathon, which really hurt my lifting progress but was something I wanted to try.
Just alternate chest and shoulders doing back with them to rest, do legs like twice a week so you can run youll have to deload in a month doing legs more than once or twice a week depending on how hard you hit them. Do arms every session and core like 3 times a week. Also dbs are kinda gay besides to even out imbalances. My program is god tier everything else is hugely imbalanced.
