I’ve seen that liftvault spreadsheet posted on here. Ignore the percentages, they’re not mentioned at all in the original writeup. The sets of 5 on compounds are just supposed to be whatever weight feels heavy but comfortable and then progress every time (add 10 lbs per session on deads, 5 lbs on the rest). The accessories are supposed to be whatever weight you want and then add weight and lower reps once you can do all the sets at the top of the rep range. So if it says 3x8-12 then add weight once you can do the 3x12 and then progress back up from 3x8 to 3x12.

Yeah the Reddit PPL is designed for total beginners. If you’re still able to add 5/10 lbs per week to your lifts then go for it, but most people can’t do that anymore by the time they reach 1/2/3/4. Totally fine to run PPL with a different progression scheme though.
PHAT is a bit higher volume, which is good for your level, but I would skip the 6x3 speed reps because they are stupid. There’s an updated version of PHAT out there somewhere that replaces them with 4x8-10.
I’m kind of rambling here, but what you should take away is that both PPL and PHAT are good splits for intermediates. PPL is gonna be a bit more upper body focused and, as written, has slightly easier workouts overall. PHAT is a bit more leg focused and has harder, longer workouts, especially the two leg days. Do whichever one fits your wants better.
