I can say honestly that nicotine and THC are great things for your body when used responsibly, I’m a landscaper and I work my ass off + I lift, train martial arts and do 100m sprints. I workout almost everyday. Weed and nicotine help me to relax at the end of the day. I’ll probably stop smoking cigs eventually though to reduce the damage being done to my lungs, I’ll switch to a different route of intake for nicotine whenever that happens
