There was Emperor Hirohito in a hoodie, the pajeet who rests 10 mins between sets, pink beanie asian gymbro, the American beast boomer (he's orc moding rn) being a jovial social butterfly as usual and the hapa looking strongman testing his bench with a crowd of groupies looking on. Miscellaneous qts were also present (tfw no).
Same basic shit as usual, high rows, legpress, goodgirl badgirl, belt squat, seal rows, reverse hypers,farmers and suitcase carries. Numbers still the same but I am carrying out the motions with greater confidence and mind body connection. It was too busy to test bb squats sadly.
