I meant fat in general but skinnyfat is doable lifting, muscle mass goes up but it's outpaced by the fat deposit on your belly in particular. I've seen some horror pics on here but I think they were GOMAD or some other meme

I unironically bulk off milk and snickers. 1 snickers is ~450 cals here in europe, which is all the surplus I need. Else I eat clean and fill up missing cals with milk. it works really well. 1 snickers is like 50 cents
