As someone who has lost 75lbs in one go, I didn't end up with any loose skin that I can recall. At that amount as long as you're not losing it too quickly I'm guessing it should be fine.

I'm in my journey to lose 100 pounds (25 so far) so this is also a concern for me. What I'm doing:
apply cocoa butter after shower everyday
drink lots of water
taking collagen pills and eating things with collagen such as jello or bone broth
keep things "tight" as in use form-fitting clothes to keep skin in place to fight gravity a bit

femanons have a natural advantage on this matter since they are built to not have a lot of loose skin after suddenly losing a 9 month preg belly when giving birth. Also relevant: genetics, age. From what I have seen white people have more of a problem with this than other races. Good luck.
