Go buy a jar of UNREFINED coconut oil and start massaging that into your scalp after you shampoo your hair. Just makes sure you spread it all over and squeeze it out of your hair, otherwise you'll get greasy. Life changing stuff, should take a palmful or less. Can buy in bulk for cheap if you decide to stick with it.

Just checked it out. I shit you not, the most schizo shit I've ever read in my life. Also why do so many guys on /x/ have ass worms?
>ketoconazole
Seconded. Also get plenty of real vitamin A and D ( made from cod liver oil or other animal sources) and magnesium. Once I started taking those regularly, my problems went way down. Also went away when I used to run 1 hour + per day for some reason.
You should feel blessed, I'm 28 and have severe scalp acne. Undegone 2 treatments, during that time the acne retreated a bit but by the end it comes back strong as fuck.
The pimples are so big and painful you can barely sleep

I have this. It's called seborrheic eczema or however it is written in English. I believe it happens due to a skin fungus or bacteria which is very normal to have (our bodies are full of all sorts of nasty stuff) but which some people's skin recat to worse than others.
Anyways. My hair have been getting thin on the top so now I pretty much buzz it regularly. If I keep my hair les than a cm or so it never shows up.
I have used a liquid called Diprozalic, which works great, and washes easily out if the hair after drying. Very affordable in Norway at least.
Also, when I have swum regularly in the ocean it always disappears as well. I believe salt probably kills whatever causes it as well. May be why exercise worked in the above case.
Anyways. Annoying condition, but the fix is extremely simple. I always try to tell people with it, because it's that's easy.
I have seborrheic dermatitis too and refuse to use any of the special shampoos. I tried standard head n shoulders with the zinc shit and it gave me skin tags, so I think they're extremely carcinogenic. The only time the problem went away for me was during a 3 day vacation to the ocean. I didn't swim and ate some junk food because it was a fun trip but the condition got better temporarily. My guess is, for me, it is related to something environmental or stress. I'm not too stressed at home, being a NEET, so it's not that. And it can't be diet because it didn't change a whole lot on the vacation.
This leaves a few possibilities: the coastal air is cleaner than the thick, polluted city air, or I'm allergic to my cats (no other allergy symptoms, though), or I'm allergic to some kind of fabric/sheet/pillow, or (possibly schizo) the wifi/bluetooth is causing it, or, as you said, anon, I sweat less at home. That doesn't make sense at all because the temperature on the coast was easily 30+ degrees less and I didn't sweat much. Perhaps there is salt in the air, though, that had a similar effect. Sweating at home doesn't fix it and I've gone on 3+ hour walks, drenched in sweat.
I also believe the reason why someone is sensitive to the fungus in the first place is due to vaccines. Autoimmune issues have been common since the very first vaccines were around. I haven't had any in over 20 years but the ones I had probably contained a small sample, accidentally, of the fungus proteins, causing my body to associate the common, harmless fungus as a horrible pathogen to constantly fight off. Many allergies come and go over time, so it makes sense that it developed at a later age and not immediately. The immune system isn't fully understood and I don't trust mainstream doctors when they're trying to shill me industrial shampoos that burn my skin and give me skin tags.
1. No more sugar or high GI foods.
2. Rinse head daily.
3. Use ketoconazol shampoo every 2-3 days. Let the shampoo stay on your scalp for 10 minutes before rinsing it out.
I had really bad dandruff from 14-26 and coconut oil scrubbed into scalp and a little used as hair product fixed it. I use it now as a barometer and take some antifungal measures if it comes back. Cats claw and ray peat carrot salad usually put it down. Also large quantities of raw milk kefir helped keep it and acne away. If I start getting random back pimples I know I need to refocus on diet
Genetics.
Dry your scalp properly, you might have a fungal infection as well, hard to treat easy to catch

Are you eating dairy or eggs? This is a common cause of seborrheic dermatitis.

no BS, you're probably mildly allergic to something you're eating.

What does this mean? Just get wet? Wouldn't this just exacerbate dryness?
Bad gut microbiome. Stop drinking alcohol or eating sugar. Start probiotic foods.
