Ah yes, the false dichotomy of "you can only either have a full stomach because you stuffed your face like a fat pig or be fasting".
Yes, fasted >>>>> full stomach, nobody in their right mind would disagree with that.
But a morsel of meat an hour or so before lifting isn't going to magically zap your gainz away.
I usually eat a basic breakfast of 2 fried eggs, toast with butter, and a seared tomato, with a cup of tea most mornings. Workout about an hour after that, then follow it with some deenz with some fruit for a post workout snack.
I fucking hate these dumb chink/pajeet produced pictures that are vaguely related to fitness. They are always retarded and always contain dumb false information. Stupid fucking lazy lowest common denominator sweatshop produced bullshit that's just shat out for the sake of being eye catching despite being utterly void of utility. I FUCKING HATE IT REEEE
You're not alone m8, and it's not only fitness related videos.
At this point I wonder if the average person is genuinely too retarded to see the pattern or if they've simply accepted their role as just another click in a sea of blatant b8 and bullshit.
6.9/10, would get angry at fancy mathematics again.

The people who post these are literally from that demographic. This board makes much more sense when you realize that the following apply to many, if not most of the posters here:
>18-25 years old >ESL (barely) >From the third world >Does not actually lift
>90 minutes before
2g of taurine with either yerba mate (coffee gives me the shits) or bone broth >30 minutes before
3g of citrulline malate and maybe some salt >after
6 raw eggs with 2g of taurine
Ultimately a 100g hamburger patty 1 hour before workout would be sufficient as a preworkout, but this is more about having little habits.
>before
nothing
>after
lots of everything

Nothing

Whatever meal is gonna be after I finish working out
DYELS

How much carbs?

the hormones released by eating mess with your gains, you should not eat before you work out

Carbs and dairy pre (boosts bloodflow etc) to last through the work out, meat and dairy post work out (promotes wound healing etc.)
Sugar before and protein+fat+carbs after
>post
>pre
He's literally got a bar on his back. He's eating DURING training
It doesn't matter, 99% of hobby lifters don't push themselves enough to require well-timed meals. Stop overcomplicating things and lift properly
