I have 2 sets of dumbbells like pic, and I have found success in being able to use them for routines. I have found it difficult to justify purchasing a 3rd heavier set, as I feel like a iron hoarding goblin, when I could get the same benefit at a gym. I still get a lot of good use out of them since I have not gone to the gym because I currently do not have my priorities figured straight while I continue to fix my diet
The ones in OP pic look legit, just get a bigger set with some 10lb weights. Better quality, more durable, way way heavier weights you can add, and look respectable instead of like playtime.
Stop being poor and buy these, I've had a pair for over a decade, they work great and take up minimal space.
Jfc, are you all morons? I assume you have a barbell and Olympic plates or your working your way towards it. This is the most cost efficient and best dumbbell set you can buy. I'm not kidding when I say this KYS if you disagree.
>plates slide off and fucking kill you
Nothing personnel, retard
Now this i can respect, however youre not gonna fit 25lb+ oly plates without them getting in the way, may as well use standard bar as youll need a bunch of 5 and 10lbs that you wouldnt need for barbell
>They are children's toys. Not training equipment.
What the hell are you talking about? Those are reasonably heavy weights with proper handles you can use for serious weightlifting.
Just because you don't like the look of something doesn't mean you can call it "children's toys".
Look at the things, they are cheap and brightly painted like childrens toys, clearly marketed to people that dont go to the gym, they also go up to only 52.5lbs, fine for curls if you have a barbell set at home i guess but not sufficient for a home gym for those of us who dont have space for a bar and rack

You have enough weight to progress for a lot of time if you do weighted calisthenics and you are a beginner, you just need a backpack and a pull up bar
>Do I buy more dics
sounds like a plan
but larger ones, not just more of the same
Why not just buy a gym membership? Not trying to talk shit just curious

That's a great feel and you should embrace it
Yeah like 4x10 or higher
> mogs your home gym

Better off spending a bit more and getting one of these. Actually cheaper if you get the basic one with no accessories.
What a cool device. Too bad it cost a fortune.
>800 bux for 2x80lbs
>10 bux per kilo
are you stupid
I dunno are you
yes but not as much as you
These ones are better
How do you fit your hand in there to grab the handle
Step aside children, men are talking.
No rubber on those, remember to think about your floor when using heavy weights.

I will not. Fuck landlords.
I'm sorry but all of these look gay as fuck.

>moron never used collars before.
>weak bitch has never put up real weight before
Clips and even locking collars are fucking worthless on smooth sleeves
Been using them for the past decade, kid. They work fine. Decent quality collars don't slide

dont buy into the standard 1" ecosystem
>Stop being poor and buy this cheap plastic garbage
take up minimal space=mommy only let's me have one set of dumbbells
You have enough weight to progress for a lot of time if you do weighted calisthenics and you are a beginner, you just need a backpack and a pull up bar
No, simply hold both of them in the same hand when curling for instant grip gains
