Yeah, a kg a week can be done. eat 1200-1500 like said. try: >70g oats(uncooked) --Breakie >325g 0% greek yogurt -- lunch >90g rice(uncooked) --- Dinner >200g meat-- chicken, beef, pork w/e >protein shake, pref w/ water, but skim milk is fine if you must 250g. -- before bed or post workout
Eat that every day, add spinach, or brussel sprouts or bok choy. to the rice and meat.. this is around 1500 cals, you could add maybe a little raspberries or blueberries to the yogurt. Skip the protein shake, or cut the oats for breakfast if you want to drop it down to 1200ish. >T.Cut from 160->150 in Dec with this exact diet.
if you're a fatass (you are) you do not want to lose fat as quickly as humanly possible because you'll have loose skin

this. i'm 5'8 and 225 and i've been yo-yoing for years from trying to lose the weight fast. at this point i'm happy to be overweight instead of obese. my goal for the end of the year is 165 and i'm eating between 1750-1800 kcal. after maintaining that weight for a while i might try to go down to 135.
from 465 > 225 I was fine at 5'8 (yeah yeah I was fat as shit, child abuse)
The second I hit 205, I literally felt like death, there's no fucking way I'd ever hit less than 165 ever in my life, I'm simply to massive, unironically.

Technically speaking you can lose 30calories per Fat mass without losing muscle assuming you eat 2.2-2.8g/kg lbm, so if you have 50 pounds of fat you can do 1500 cals a day in a deficit. With that being said, 500cals is sustainable, 750 kinda sucks, 1000 is pretty shit, and anything about that is really shit. Someone like you, asking this question, would do maximum 750.

I say again because yeah I gained 20, it "was" crash diet related, but it was mostly the fuckiness of 205, I was waking up in the middle of the night in tears from the cramps, I was hungry all day and I had to force feed cause I was repulsed by food, I spent 45 fucking hours in my calorie counting app. Fun times. I was medically forced to stop, I passed out driving. And then when I went to maintence, the flood gates opened. I will never force myself again like that, to hard for to long.

You will have loose skin almost 100%. However do not despair. Our frame probably supports up to 225lbs natural. Lift and keep lifting. You can probably fill most of the skin up

Mind over matter, the hardest part about it will be staving off the hunger. Drink a lot of water, helps with the hunger a bit too.

I did 1000 calories a day for 5 months and lost 95 pounds. Crashed a few times on busy days but no problems other than that. Went from 255 to 160.
