Doing tricep pushdown with a curled bar 3 sets of 10, followed by 3 sets of 15 with a rope has been the best, most efficient exercise that hasn't fucked up any other muscles for me. Full extension, proper posture and not engaging your abs is the way to get the most hypertrophy with triceps.
