If you want an acceptable tea from a tea bag, give yorkshire gold or proper strong a go. I don't like alcohol so I have no recommendations. Probably CBD oil or something that doesn't have to enter your lungs and doesn't affect your sleep or turn your hippocampus into a grain of rice.

you should have at least two days of sobriety betwen abusing substances like alcohol/canabis/coke or whatever and should not chase highs. if you cannot do this then its better to not even start.
as for caffeine, it's whatever. as long as you aren't having 18 expressos or 5 large redbulls a day you'll be fine

hasn't been legal long enough to tell but I've never seen anyone who only used it after working hours to have issues with it. People who use it as a crutch are more fucked up in general but that's kind of a chicken and egg scenario. Tea is good. Coffee is less good but still ok. Adding lemon, coconut oil, dairy, etc is fine. Do not add sugar.
