Filled with sodium, trans fats and saturated fat like all dairy (toxic)
Fine if you want to speedrun a heart attack though
>wrong

Meanwhile plant foods have ZERO trans fat, that is also a fact

I googled and google tells you are retarded >There have not been sufficient studies to determine whether these naturally occurring trans fats have the same bad effects on cholesterol levels as trans fats that have been industrially manufactured
Also chemically those trans fats aren't anything like trans fats from chem labs.
So you are just a retard cho hears a boogie word and has no idea what is behind that word.

gee it's almost like the dairy industry has ZERO interest in funding studies that they know will make their public image look bad. the "studies" that paint the dairy industry in a good light are paid by that exact industry.

There is an insanely profitable industry of fake "milks" like oatly that sells absolute goyslop. It's dirtcheap, like 5 cents per liter to produce, but is sold at a regular milk price. They all have done dozens of studies trying to prove that dairy is bad. The is a ton of ngos that promote veganism and backed up by large corporations and billionaires. They couldn't produce a single legut study, showing that dairy is harmful.
Even that huge long term study from sweden, showing that the more dairy fat people consume, the longer they live, was finded by leftie, veganism promoting government.
Trans fats aren't equal. The who thing that makes them bad is that synthetic ones don't exist in nature and our body doesn't know how to use them. While trans fats from natural food can be processed by our body.

The protein can be really high but it depends on the cheese. All cheese are fat and protein but dessert cheeses like the mold ones are much lower in protein and higher in fats, other cheeses are higher in protein and has less fat. Water content also varies. Mozzarella has low on both because of the water but parmesan is high on both because it's super dry. However the fats are not unhealthy but make sure to fit them in your overall calorie intake. The protein is of very high quality but it's all casein. This means it digests slowly. The protein per dollar is actually quite good on really cheap cheeses. I recommend cheese. Makes food taste amazing as well. The trans fat problem is not a real problem. Dairy fat intake is not linked to disease. It's actually the opposite.

The people who eat the most dairy fat are the healthiest. Processed meats like bacon is the problem, not dairy fat. Unprocessed meat is ok though.
Good.
Very tasty.
Fats, some protein.
Good
Cut yourself a chunk of this.
Im trying some raclette on nachos. Its good, but I expected better

Can you recommend a good cheese? One that melts.
Gouda
Mmm, cheese.
Based if raw. Basedest if homemade from raw, non-refrigerated milk.
Cheese is especially good for gaining weight. Depending on the type of cheese, it goes down really easily and has plenty of calories.
unneeded
Expensive as fuck.
Can I put blue cheese in the oven til it melts and eat it with a baguette?
try it and report back
Good in moderation. Avoid the processed kind.
I love cheese so much it's unreal bro's.
these keto fuckers have taken over this damn board
It's good
Depends what kind
cheese is great
I can’t eat it
