I'm very measured in my caffeine consumption so no not really. I use a little bit on days I'm feeling good and a little bit more on days I'm not feeling so good.

remember, a proper diet and sleep schedule is the best possible pre-workout you can get. If you get a good night's sleep and eat a good pre-workout meal, pre-workout will either be unnecessary or give you an extra boost to make your workout even more fun.
