        Yes, but why do you care about the performance of your incline bench? It's an accessory lift. You do it to improve strength and hypertrophy, not to chase higher weights like bench. Do your flat bench first, then incline bench.
        Low rep bench. Moderate rep incline bench. High rep isolations. That's basically what GZCLP program is.

        Yes, and either or both will affect your performance in a shoulder press should you choose to do it after. Any of these will affect your performance of triceps isolation exercises.
        Working different completely different muscles in each exercise only works in a basic beginner's full-body split with minuscule volume like this one.

    I do that on my chest and arm hypertrophy day followed by flies but my upper strength day it's just flat bench and weighted dips for chest. Depends on you're goals.
