What would a less boring list look like?
Vegetables other than carrots and potatoes are junk food, curry causes all sorts of gut issues, cooked fish is terrible for you unless you get it from a very high quality source. Nothing wrong with rice but it doesn't have much either.
You gotta figure out a diet you enjoy over time but I personally eat a lot of desserts and more meat (even though meat isn't that peaty in high amounts but I'm not too worried about that)
So what would an ideal dinner be? What do you personally eat?

You gotta change it up throughout the week to get every nutrient you need.
For me, I usually go for ground beef, rice or baked potatoes, carrot salad and juice or coke. I sometimes change the ground beef for something else that has similar macros and often have it as different dishes like meatballs or kebabs or whatever
At least twice a week I have a dinner mostly made of organs like liver, heart brain etc.
