i've been doing it since i was child i doubt there's any hope for me. usually they encourage you to break the cycle by not restricting after a binge (because starving is what brings on the binge) but it's nearly impossible for me. my metabolism is fucked and i have gastrointestinal issues lmao

Honestly, I don't do cheat days unless I end up drinking, where the booze calories are the bulk of my cheat night, there might be a box of donuts in it if I get drunk, but otherwise, I just fucking eat well every day and that's good enough.

Bruh, I have 1 cheat day a month.
And that's probably too much.
I'm thin as shit and had a cheat week before (eating maintenance not above) but yeah burgers homemade for like 5 days once I felt sane again I went back on the cut. This was 22 lb cut a couple years ago after lifting on a +500 daily surplus for 8 months.
