What do you eat to lose weight? Also I've wondered this. Suppose you eat less calories per day, but doesn't that means less energy to do exercise and less energy to do things in general?

Yes, CICO is a load of bullshit, you need to go keto for results.
Keto is a niche form of CICO.
What
You still need to consume less calories than your body is spending for keto to work. All it does is make your body access your own fat reserves more easily while making you more satiated at the same time. It's still CICO since eating a full bucket of lard per day will still result in weight gain.

i learned this the hard way, lol
but yeah, if you're in a deficit the fat just melts off easily (whereas on carbs you feel like shit all the time)

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTHING https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vz_U8kxDlg&t=166s
fat is energy reserves. eat at a deficit and your body will use fat for energy as long as you are active enough to need it.
>What do you eat to lose weight?
nothing, I fast
Liar. Fasting is a meme.
based retard with no discipline
kek

Sonic!
>eat to lose weight
>What do you eat to lose weight?
the same you always do but at a deficit
If I had a fatty to mould as I wished I'd start by lowering their pufa intake to 3% of energy and then start replacing carbohydrates with saturated fat.
>Cut of snacking/eating between meals
>Drink water and 0 kcal soda
>High protein diet, but dont forget a bit of carbs and fats
yes you eat less and less and soon enough you eat nothing but you stay fat because your body doesn't obey the laws of thermodynamics anymore and you've ascended as a bloatgod you fucking idiot
I just eat a good mix of everything. 500-1000 calorie deficit and have lost 78 pounds in 8 months. Surprisingly haven't felt like shit most of the time. Starting out it sucks, but your body adapts to it. I imagine when I'm done and eating at maintenance/surplus I'll have a lot more energy.
