I tend to go out with friends every other week and try to get a burger or medium-rare steak. But mozzarella sticks are my fucking kryptonite and ended up eating 12 during veterans day

water stops heating at the boiling point, which changes depending on elevation. Boiling an egg is easy and takes some practice to make them the way you like them, like everything else in cooking. I mostly make the same food weekly but did impress my girlfriend with my soup and parmesan fish fillet. It's funny how people dismiss gym bros as being meat heads but every gym bro, even with all their faults, knows how to make a few foods
Well cheese has a very high protein count, like 25g/100g, so eating it isn't a killer
I know but 12 was killer. But I was taken out to BWs and couldn't resist

when im 6'4 220
and need 2800+ calories and 200g of protein per day on a ~200€ food budget is it okay if I eat like 60-80g of whey protein powder per day? in shakes, protein oats and stuff like protein pancakes to hit my macros?
Im eating around 200-300g of oats per day and 6-8eggs but only a little meat like 250g of chicken or 300g of beef or fish
heard of people eating 100g+ of protein powder per day to hit their macros
As of right now, 6 eggs in the morning, 12-16oz of thighs, a protein shake with either oats or yogurt, and wherever we're having for dinner and maybe some peanuts
>Breakfast
4 Brown Eggs mixed with 1 slice of gouda cheese, 2 strips of turkey bacon, 3 links of turkey sausages, salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic
A protein shake made with 6 tbsp of oat milk, a banana, and 1 scoop of plant protein
>Lunch
Turkey burger (the patty is seasoned with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and paprika) with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, organic ketchup, and mustard or Chicken sandwich with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise
5 oz of Sea salt french fries (airfryed with olive oil; the chicken patty for the sandwich is also airfryed) seasoned with salt and black pepper
A protein shake made with a banana and 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
>Dinner
Varies but usually a protein like chicken breasts, wild caught salmon, or steak
4-6 oz of long-grain or brown rice
1 cup of frozen veggies cooked then seasoned with salt, black pepper, grounded ginger, and occasionally paprika
>Snacks
Try to avoid but usually some nuts or coffee
pretty much everything I can get my hands on right now. Doing 4000kcal bulk at 6'3 242lbs, training almost every day. This much food is expensive as fuck. Also europoor so food is not packed full of sugar. Mostly eat ground beef, frozen fish because it's cheap, rice and eggs. I try to count calories but most days I just eat everything I have in my house.
whats that green stuff on the bottom?
The best part of the meal, of course.

Doesn't the water in the pot stop heating up after it hits the boiling point? The water that gets hotter than 212 just evaporates right?
