I used to be obese in highschool. Started taking really good care of myself when I was 20. I'm 33 years now and look 24 years old. I had a school reunion this summer and shit was sad yo. All of my highschool crushes got fat and ugly. My highschool friends look their age or older, alot of them with a beer belly and close to no muscle.
It happened to me, used to do competitive sports and only did sports for the competitive aspect. So once I stopped competing I stopped being active and everything went down hill.
