do they go with your face? If not then just razor them literally millimeter by millimeter and then check each time if you've gone too far. I can't recommend eyebrow maps to you as there aren't a lot for men (women's are a lot more arched)

Brow soap and a brow pencil (make sure you get the right shade to make it look natural tho). Comb the soap through your brows to shape them and then use something smooth to press the hairs down. I'd suggest just filling in the sparse areas on the ends of your brows, as I see a lot of people tend to make the middle parts of their eyebrows look like just one solid color. Looks bad

Generally the rule of thumb is that gentlemen should never pluck or remove hair from above the brow, only below it.
But yours do feather out quite a bit on the top.
I'd suggest removing from these areas circled and nothing else.
Or just the bottom circled areas and visiting a salon for someone to do them professionally.
