I've been using an app called Simple Workout Log for years now. They broke it once and I contacted the devs and they replied with a new app version about two hours later. Haven't had any issues since so I imagine I'll be using it for as long as it's available.
It's something called "PSYBCH". Basically it's like an alarm clock that texts you "pussy bitch" at a set time each day. I have mine set for the mornings when I'm looking at myself in a mirror.
apps are for NPCs who need every step of the process spelled out and defined for them by some other person. Literally just write down what you do in your Notes app >Muscle Group / split day >Lift name >target sets and reps for each lift >timing for each lift, if necessary >weight for each lift >symbol to indicate whether to move up in weight or stay at the same weight for next time >For each lift, notes on form or things to focus on
It's called "CASIO FW91"
Every time you see the little number in the right hand corner change, make sure you work out before it changes again
It's super simple and you can even wear it on your wrist : ^ )

I just remember my lifts. It's not hard.
I use one of those old school notebooks they had me do lines in thirty years ago. Apps are for zoomers and trannies.
An application called my brain.
Strong but I bought it like six years ago when it was cheap. I've heard it's quite expensive now.
Ayyy fellow early adopter. Lol best $5 ever spent. Stupid zoomers have to pay a monthly fee to subsidize our usage
