Has SwoleShack ever tried a vegan diet. I've lost a bet so I have to only eat vegan for a month. Can anyone give me some tips on how to reach my protein intake? I'm used to eat meat basically every day

kill your self
that's not very nice
so what
Why do you people say that as a defence? Are you quoting some Will Ferrell movie you watched at church? To me you lose.
Meds
Pea Protein
Tofu and söy products r good for you and tasty, ez protein
It's fucking hilarious how North America got memed into thinking tofu and onions protein products can be meat replacements. Asian countries do not and have never customarily ate tofu/onions as the main part of the meal. It's always been a small portion on the side, the main part being some type of animal product protein.
Eating high volumes of tofu/onions as the main protein in a diet has never been practiced by any society. The vegans who do this are literally cucking themself. Onions milk daily is enough to get men to develop breast tissue.
No and I never will, fuck off already.
>fuck off already.
Why so pressed, not trying to shill. Personally I think I could live without meat but not without other animal products
Alright gonna make mapo dofu 5 times a week
Eggs, thats all i eat idk if it been great for me tough
Orange Lentils have more protein than chicken per gram and are cheaper than chicken as well as healthier for you. Quinoa is cool as well as Beans.
>the le lentils have more protein than meat argument
kind of unfair to compare a dry food to a wet food. if you dried the chicken it would be more than 80% protein.
Non-complete, non-bioavailable protein. Adding to that, imagine trying to eat 200 grams or more of lentils in one sitting; nobody does that, it's ridiculous.

skill issue
Erm... you're trying to say you're familiar with gaping your mouth to insert non-standard quantities of foods, or otherwise unconventionaly-sized things? Hot...
No they don't.
Lentils are 27% protein.
Chicken breast is 80% protein.
>tips on how to reach my protein intake
Simple. Eat meat.
You're so smart and funnyyyy *punches you on your arm
imagine spazzing out like this and commenting on a thread where you have nothing to contribute
Tempeh and beans are the tastiest options imo
Veganism makes you old and frail.
Le ebin correlation. The guy in the OP I'd over 40 and vegan
You've been warned.
Henchy fucked himself by eating an extremely restrictive low fat diet and dieting to unhealthily low levels of bodyfat. A vegan diet with healthy amounts of fat will not do this.
Chiedi a Marcopt.
Chickpea Protein powder
Same Carbs
Same veggies
TVP/Onions free Tofu for meat.
Easy! Also for snackies try Impossible chicken nuggets, they taste identical to regular nuggies. If you want to, you can try Field Roast breakfast sausages, shit is fucking WILD one link is 26g of protein and it’s garlic and fennel seed infused, so dank.
>Lost a bet to a vegan
>Lost a bet so I have to destroy my body for a month
OP, I've been vegan. It felt good at first because my body was eating stored fat for energy (the fasting state), but eventually I became emaciated and mentally ill. Veganism is not sustainable. It's simply starvation.
SIAMO IN ITALIA
SI BEVE IL VINO, CAZZO
Yes, for 4 years now. TVP soaked in stock is your best friend 50P dry 20 P soaked. Then boil or stir fry. Protein isolate helps, but pea and rice taste like shit. Any legume based meal will provide enough protein per portion.
If you have time: home made seitan tastes great and has >25P.
Processed bean products: tofu (cheap, tasty, but rather fatty), tempeh (great taste, vitamin k, expensive), various substitutes (look at actual protein content)
>Can anyone give me some tips on how to reach my protein intake?
Beans for every meal mixed with rice or bread.
And pea protein powder if you need more protein.
>I lost a bet
Have you tried...not keeping your word?
