Sardines in the UK are £1 a tin, you're paying literally double for that shit what the fuck, I eat tinned mackerel every too and it costs 80 pence a tin
Mercury accumulates with trophic level. Sardines are low in the food chain and thus don't accumulate much heavy metal.
Tuna is what you need to worry about.
I buy the cheapest ones avaliable at a supermarket, usually they cost 0,8 euro >but muh mercury and sneed oils!11!1
dont care dont care, 20 grams of protein, 170 calories per tin, i can literally buy a few tines by picking up money that fell on the floor or stealing from homeless people
>Of which brand does SwoleShack approve? Also, I thought these fuckers were supposed to be cheap-- is it inflation or what?
get portuguese deens, they are very good

Enjoy your mercury poisoning and micro-plastics.
The oceans are just toxic soup at this point, if you eat anything that's been swimming around in that shit you're fucking retarded.
Don't buy deenz online. You can find them for $1/can if you shop around locally.
so... which is it? I looked online because I figured it'd be easier to buy in bulk that way. Unless you're thinking of like, CostCo or something.
That is about right. They cost like $3 a can if you buy individually
>trying to get into sardines
you just pull the tab
this stupid gay post made me laugh harder than i have in 6 months
thanks
deenz nuts
aren't the tins lined with plastic?
>still not one post on a good brand
Can we stop the schizo babble and get some actual help you naggers?
King Oscar. It's royal!
Here in the uk you can just buy supermarket own brand ones. They cost less than a dollar a tin.

UK is an island nation with a large fishing industry relative to its size.
Anons might be posting from a landlocked central US state.

Well now you can prepare to 'DINE IN HELL!! HAHAHA!
Cheap sardines suck, sometimes aren't even proper sardines and often aren't in olive oil. Best supermarket sardines I've had are Ortiz.
Angelo Parodi is the GOAT brand but buy anything fished off the coast of Portugal and you should be good.
enjoy your mercury
I'll buy anything branded as moroccan because I am moroccan :3
Sauce?
>on the internet in 2022
>doesn't recognize pokimane
She grew up so fast.
King Oscar is a good high quality brand that's available in most supermarkets in my area so that's what I always get.
Ignore the retards claiming you'll instantly die if you eat any form of seafood. Fish are an amazing source of protein.
Buy them at the grocery store, not the online bookstore you retard
