        Was just skill specific stuff. Holding handstands, working different roms for positions, etc. I was a kid so zero specific diet. Yes, we did running as part of training. Basically all those planche progression infographics and shit are what you actually do

    Gymnastics / Calisthenics are the true test of strength. Any retard even with the shittiest genetics possible can grow huge from just going to the gym consistently. Just because you can do 200kg deadlift for reps doesn't mean you are strong if you can't even do a single muscle up with strict form.
