Was just skill specific stuff. Holding handstands, working different roms for positions, etc. I was a kid so zero specific diet. Yes, we did running as part of training. Basically all those planche progression infographics and shit are what you actually do

Gymnastics / Calisthenics are the true test of strength. Any retard even with the shittiest genetics possible can grow huge from just going to the gym consistently. Just because you can do 200kg deadlift for reps doesn't mean you are strong if you can't even do a single muscle up with strict form.
Both of these things mean strength. But guess what? At some point you're so fucking jekked, you CAN'T do good pull ups even. Look up strongmen athletes

They do a few pushups here and there.

do people not realise that health and strength does not solely come from lifting heavy weights
Being an Olympic level gymnast isn't healthy. Any sport taken to the extreme is unhealthy.
Gymnasts go to the gym
>don’t be too healthy, that’s unhealthy
Sorry I like having strong legs, not being under 5'5, and having proportions that dont resemble that a of a t-rex.

They've been training since they were 4. Unless you have a time machine there is no point training like a gymnast.
