I have ordered ashwagandha but ive read abojt side effects like thyroid issues, anhedonia etc
Should i take kt or not?

      >thyroid issues
as long as you consume some level of carbs, you shouldn't worry about thyroid issues
      >anhedonia
can happen if taken consistently long term but its temporary and goes away when you stop taking it
if you're worried about that, you can cycle month on month off

Retard fear mongering. Even if the angedonia and emotional muting was worse than standard SSRIs, it has no withdrawal symptoms or addictive mechanism. You won't fuck up tour life by voluntarily feeling less pleasure and expressing a little less emotion from taking a herbal supplement.

You are a moron if you think that something being "herbal" or "natural" automatically means it's safer. You hear more about Prozac's side effects because it's a very popular substance and the side effects are monitored, so even rare ones get a lot of attention. On the other hand, alternative medicine retards have extremely poor quality control and a litany of excuses when a side effect happens, so you don't hear about them much even when they're worse than the pharma equivalents.

Do you have anything to back it up or do you just simply want to believe it's on par or worse than SSRIs to own people online. It's extremely low risk to take cheap over the counter shit with no withdrawal symptoms.

Bruh Ashwagandha can cause liver damage in long term. It's not a meme tho, gave me increased libido , great sleep for the first few weeks I took it ( just a single tablet a day)

Then I developed tolerance to it and had to take more than 2/3 ... Cause the libido it gave me was too good.

People say you need to cycle on it ( 1 week on , 1 week off) and I think that is a better alternative than daily intake.

Pretty sure almost everything from ayurveda is 15 varieties of turmeric and ginger root extracts. I've got 2 years using basic turmeric, KSM 66 ashwaghanda and tongkat ali, the highest quality products of them available, and i'd call you a completely desensitized, totally non-self-aware NPC if you told me you saw no changes in mood or male vitality over a period of using 1 entire bottle for each.

99% of the fat mutt slobs on this board are spending all kinds of money on this stuff to START improving their health, rather than to OPTIMIZE their existing very high level of health and ftiness. these products are to be ignored until you've actually locked in your diet and exercise and maintain a stable diet of omtimal high quality foods - again, something 99% of you won't do even if money wasn't a factor. you'll eat your goyslop and spend hours daily sitting typing here complaining that pajeet took $25 from you for a bottle of the cheapest most unregulated and contaminated version of these supplements.

It definitely gave me calming effects and felt a mild boost at the gym but after a while I lost the motivation to do anything and it gave me the worst insomnia. I would be waking up in the middle of the night and never fall back to sleep. I stopped for a while and I felt normal again. Now I take it maybe 2-3 times a week rather than every day.

It is for sleepy times. I don’t recommend compounds in general as it is better to just take the individual stuff and schedule as appropriate as possible but, a dead giveaway if a multi supplement is shit is if they throw this into a “booster” *cough*super male vitality*cough*. I do take gnc’s anabolic sleep just because I have never been able to be on a wagie sleep schedule otherwise. My life long natural bed time is 3-4am and wake up is around 1-2pm. As an adult I was full Benadryl monster runner till I found that. Probably going to still get the Alzheimer’s because of that. Oh well, when it strikes won’t be my problem.

it does actually seem fairly calming. you could try some chamomile, too, it works on benzodiazepine receptors. I had a chamomile and lavender tea and it would put me out like a light at night. you could probably get some lower dose chamomile pills for use during the day

      also, like I said here

just take Rhodiola extract at 5% salidrosides. its a fucking godsend

, Rhodiola. its an adaptogen that supresses cortisol, modulates serotonin and dopamine, and gives some energy. great preworkout, but I take it most days. some days off because it does have some tolerance

It works, but you gotta take a much higher dosage. I take about 5 grams a day, and it makes me noticeably more relaxed afterwards. I have no idea whether it helps with testosterone or any of the other things that it is touted to aid, but my overall anxiety levels have plummeted since implementing a daily dosage of 5 grams and 5 minutes of daily meditation. Pic related is what I use.
