Nah I like Sriracha. My body is very sensitive to salt because I have hypertension, and too much added sugar is not good for you at all. Soda and ketchup have lots of it.

Most people last about 8 days without food and water so as long as you’re hydrating you’ll be alright. I can’t imagine that it would be healthy to fast that long without some kind of mineral heavy water
I'm already starting to feel suboptimal and dreaming about food a lot. I'm on day 16 now so not much longer to go. Still you can't beat a pound a day of fat loss and practically no muscle loss. Gym numbers staying up, scale going down. Whenever I feel weak I just remind myself I could have abs start of August, or start of November, and I immediately realize that even the most hellish couple of weeks (which these aren't) are better than a 3 months of calorie counting and restricting myself.

Sesame chicken. Probably should avoid ramen or other high carb foods for a bit. Don't want refeeding syndrome.

Do you drink water or tea?
In the morning I get Vit C and salts in water. I used the fast as an opportunity to quit caffeine so no tea or coffee for me anymore 🙁
