Thoughts on The Last Natural? His physique and routine seem pretty solid, like an aesthetic starting strength
Workout A: Squats, 3 sets, 5 reps.
Bench, 3 sets, 5 reps
Weighted chin-up, 3 sets, 5 reps
Exercise of your choice
Workout B: Squats, 3 sets, 5 reps
OHP, 3 sets, 5 reps
Deadlift, 1 set, 5 reps.
Chin-up 3 sets 5 reps
Exercise of your choice
He's lean with a very blessed aesthetic frame.
His routine is fine, I did it when I started. You can probably do 5x5 rather than 3x5 as a beginner tho.
that's cool bro, what are you doing now?
Ive been lifting for 6 years so i kinda just do whatever. I've gotten a pretty good feel for what my body responds to. I typically just do one of the big 3 for 3 working sets of 12 or 8 plus two accessories at the moment. Changes a lot tho depending on if i wanna focus on getting stronger or getting a bit bigger
how do you integrate the overhead press and the chinups with the big 3?
I dont really incorporate those into my routine at the moment but when I do i swap bench for OHP and i swap deadlifts for chins
I see, thank you! I also found that it's pretty hard focusing on both deadlift and chin-up so I'm thinking I might alternate them the same I already do with ohp/bench
he is not natty + his routine is shit
>not natty
>his name is the last natural
lol pay more attention will ya
Literally just a lean guy with a good frame, lol. Disappears in a medium shirt.
If you don't believe that is natural why the fuck would you even bother with this hobby.
I am a powerlifter. SS is the only option for natties.
Get a brain.
Not natty grifter
fraud, i can tell by the unnatural angles
>t.knower
You can do his routine for a decade and you wont even come close to what he looks like because he is not natty
>4 year transformation
yeah genetics yeah
An actual natty
A roider running a light cycle
Natty lifting is a joke, for the most part
O i am laffin, post body dyel
post body
Hahaha
I love that some dude who unironically squats 2 plates can pass as a roid user to the experts on IST via lighting and angle fraud
if thats his routine, its a little low on volume and it neglects certain body parts. also not ideal to do full bodies past beginner because of the systemic fatigue you get from training upper and lower at same time. i would split it up to upper lower and add in mandatory (not choice) rows and arm isolations + lateral raises and possibly sub out ohp for incline or at least alternate between
excellent, concise youtube videos I'm surprised aren't more popular
Kek fit is so retarded, look at any videos where he's wearing a shirt and he looks natty, he's just lean with a good amount of muscle, that's all there is to it
He does more than that. Honestly that routine is so shit I think he's fake natty even though he's a midget so his physique isn't impressive.
I don't understand how he could have built arms or a core like that without designated arm and core exercises in that routine. How is that routine enough volume either?
