Getting to low bodyfat% is a whole lot different than staying at it and eating maintenance calories. You can be 8% bodyfat and eat 2500kcal or 3000kcal whatever your "normal" TDEE is. It's not some fight or flight state where your body is in a constant shock and survival mode eating 3000kcal lol. For some reason people act like to be 8% bodyfat you can only eat 1000-1500kcal. No idiot, to GET THERE you probably just crash dieted like a retard.
Kinobody has been 6-8% bodyfat (confirmed by numerous dexascans) for over 10 years straight. You just cannot convince me it's not maintainable when other people have maintained it for 10+ years non-stop. I'm not saying it's super easy or the most optimal state in terms of health but clearly it's not as severe health-wise and impossible as commonly implied.

Yes probably, I got really sloppy with my diet yet I kept my bodyfat relavitely low because I still did cardio, even to this day. If I had cleaned my diet I'd probably still be at that level.
