I have fairly long legs and I always try to squat ass2grass. Dont squat alot tho
It unironically is 98% of the time. 6’3 and up elevate your heels. If you’re not powerlifting you’ll be far better off
I do lowbars in my heeled adipowers. Feels much better and more stable than barefoot or other shoes.
