    >high bar
    >not enough power in legs
    >needs to hip hinge in order to complete the lift
    >lean forward
    >bar rolls into your neck
    >die
hmm wonder if placing the bar a bit lower would solve this issue
    has anyone tried this?
you could simulate the strongest position where your body naturally wants to go when it gets heavy. then you just use your hips and back to complete the lift? Could this work?

This is not a squat. This is a good morning, look how high the safeties are. A flexed-back good morning is an actual variation of the exercise that strongmen do

        >This is not a squat.
        it is.
        >This is a good morning
        its a squat
        >look how high the safeties are
        in a normal squat height
        > A flexed-back good morning is an actual variation of the exercise that strongmen do
good morning with +3,5 plates lmao? a strongman would rather do atlas stone if he wants flexion in his back

          >it is.
No, it isnt. Look at the open knee angle and closed back angle. Its a good morning
          >in a normal squat height
My nigga the guy is halfsquatting way above parallel and the safeties are already higher than his hips
          >good morning with +3,5 plates lmao?
Why not? Too much weight for (you)?

            >My nigga the guy is halfsquatting way above parallel and the safeties are already higher than his hips
You dont know what depth he hits since you only have a picture of him failed mid squat
            >No, it isnt. Look at the open knee angle and closed back angle
that's what it looks like to fail a high bar squat mid way if you lose your balance forward - it turns into a good morning with the weight on your neck.
            >Why not? Too much weight for (you)?
He does not look like someone who squats +600lbs which would be the "recommended" amount for 3,5plate GM.

Looks like a retarded exercise that does nothing that another exercise couldn't do better other than increasing the risk of internal decipation. Remind me to never do it

Look where his feet are. He's not even in the rack. The safeties are only in the bar's path because he's leaning so far forward his back is parallel to the fucking ground.

People who squat low bar are just failed humans who aren't flexible enough to literally stand straight up from the ground. Imagine being so tight that in order to lower your body down, you have to bend at the hip rather than being a normal person who can keep their torso perpendicular to the ground. I can imagine it, because I'm also white and capable of having an imagination, but I would never do it because I'm white and not retarded.

Weightlifters only do high bar (without mentioning front squat) and their legs are denser than powershitters'.

A truly efficient lowbar squat requires more mobility than any other lift

Don't be afraid to kys sooner rather than later

No need. My manletism made me so insecure from not being physically on par with my peers I was granted disability. Now i live a comfy life structuring my days around fitness, prioritizing rest and recovery.

        Silver linings.

Why do you have my picture?
I'm going to complain to the management.

What a terrible squat. Even if this picture is in the middle of a failed rep, its still a horrible squat. Your failed rep should still look like a good form squat but just unable to complete the rep

It unironically is 98% of the time. 6’3 and up elevate your heels. If you’re not powerlifting you’ll be far better off

I do lowbars in my heeled adipowers. Feels much better and more stable than barefoot or other shoes.
