"However, this content is lower than that of cow's milk. Goat milk consists of about 4.20% lactose, while cow's milk contains almost 5%. Although it still contains a certain amount of lactose, evidence suggests that people with mild lactose intolerance can use goat's milk."
ill continue eating yogurt and cheese but yeah im 100% with you, milk also has tons of estrogen that's more bioavailable than onions, so people who drink milk but avoid onions genuinely are some of the dumbest fuckers around
I think you are missing the point here, i don't give a crap how much estrogen is in plants. I'm not gonna consume that garbage anyway. It's just that op said there is a ton of estrogen in milk, when in fact, there is little of it in it.
There isn't a whole lot of estrogen in plants. Estrogenic isoflavone contents are very low in most legumes. With the exception of soi. Soi has an exponential amount of isoflavones more than the second highest isoflavone containing food, peas. Nobody is getting gyno from peas because nobody is chugging gallons of pea milk and peafu and peaburgers every day. But with soi, we're not talking gallons of milk, we're talking a liter. We're not talking about whole blocks of tofu, but a mere 10th of a kilogram
Ok so there are two graphs in this thread. One says there's 15ng per 8 ounces (around 250ml) of milk, the other says there's 15ng per 1ml. Which one is correct now?
Not that it matters, if the latter were correct a glass of milk would still only have 3750ng, which is literally nothing

So I just did some very rough calculations and a human male should have roughly 50,000 total nanograms of prolactin (5000ml of blood total x 10ng/ml of prolactin in blood).
One cup of milk having 3750ng means you're getting a 13% increase in prolactin per cup you drink assuming 100% of the prolactin in milk is absorbed (it's probably not 100% but it should be very high because milk is especially bioavailable). For reference you get a 30%-50% spike of prolactin from busting a nut.
So I'd say prolactin isnt a huge worry unless you're doing GOMAD, and it probably passes through your system pretty quickly. So the only worry would be if you're drinking a good amount of milk every day consistently.
One more thing to note, according to that pubmed study I posted, yogurt and cheese do not have nearly the same hormone content as whole milk.
Stop consuming vegan cult propaganda. >what do you think effects you
It would shock you to learnt that anabolic steroids are produced from plant sterols. It would shock you more that the overwhelming evidence of soi feminization is leading to multiple governments investigating to classify it as an endocrine disruptor. As little as 50mg of isoflavones per day can lengthen a woman's menstrual cycle. 50mg of isoflavones from soi can literally be just 2 glasses of soi milk. 50mg of isoflavones from other legumes like say peanuts would require something like 18 full jars of peanut butter, which is why soi is often singled out, as it contains more isoflavones than anything else on the planet.

I think something is AFFECTING you, or that you are AFFECTED because you don't know the difference between affect and effect. Rather like most anglos and thirdies.
This isn't about whether plants affect you or not, it's about one serving of milk containing approximately 1/10000th the amount of estrogen your body naturally produces in a day.
>ill continue eating yogurt and cheese but yeah im 100% with you, milk also has tons of estrogen
but yogurt and cheese are made from milk, and the estrogen is in the fat, so cheese will have higher estrogen than milk due to being concentrated in fat.
>implying modern cows produce anything like the milk prehistoric bovines used to nurture their young.
Selective breeding has created cow milk fit for humans.

do you all drink basic regular pasteurized milk from the store or you drink only fancy milk from farmers that feed their cows with grass only? I can't find anything like that in my shithole
There's very little reason to drink unpasteurized milk tbh. Anons on this board seem to think that pasteurization is some arcane chemical procedure that completely changes milk's composition, but in reality, it just means that the milk is heated up slightly to kill bacteria before it is filled into bottles. From a nutritional standpoint, pasteurization changes almost nothing about the milk, since our stomach acid attacks the contents of milk we drink way more aggressively than slightly heating it up ever could. I haven't seen any convincing evidence to raw milk having any health benefits thus far. I'm open to being convince of the contrary, though.
Yeah? How'd that work out for sub-Saharan Africa?
they breed like rabbits and are talking over Europe. I'd say it worked out perfectly.
yeah, infesting slums and in desperate need for aid from the milk drinking white man is "talking over"
the problem is the moment Europe collapses, they all die as well because they are completely incapable of existing without the white man's help
They drink goats milk. It's less but not by much.

I don't get your reddit meme.
You understand that to get from 4.2% to 5% there's about a 25% increase, right? I know you're American but at least don't be so obviously ignorant
no they dont retard. They dont even have animal husbandry you fucking geographically retarded moron.

I think the 15ng in milk will have 0 effect on me considering I have 136000ng in my body right now
its 15ng PER MILLILITER, not 15ng overall, the average man has 20ng/ml in his blood
15ng/ml of prolactin not estrogen**
but prolactin is really bad for testosterone
table is from this

Milk is drank by bulls too

why there are no foodstuffs with testosterone in it? why is estrogen so cheap, brahs?
because it's estrogen that increases milk production and makes thing fat, unfortunately
>why there are no foodstuffs with testosterone in it
there are, they're called testicles. we just don't eat organ meat anymore for some gay reason
>Preggo birds are basically beings of pure estrogen
If you needed any more proof that pregnancy is the peak of female achievement
no one in the world ever got high estrogen from drinking milk.
Its not milk's fault youre a little bitch
