Then i just started goimg after work, found a sick 247 gym loaded with barbells and dumbbells and a few outdated machines. Only thimg is they dont have a proper cable station for flies and shit.
I wanna get a squat rack and 2 of those home gym pulley attachments its so much better than having to be around people who are too old for the university gym.

I was always a lil fat and could do pullups. Lat pulldpwns are superior for the upper part of your back and rear delts especially.
Ever notice how real strong people have huge ribcages? Heavy weight makes your core way stronger not high reps. Like sitting ohp vs stamding gotta do both but you will lack in pushing power not doing sitting shit thats how some people have thick ass necks.

Pull-downs are better for connecting with your lats, also they are a lower stress alternative to pull-ups, especially low rep weighted pull-ups are more strenuous systematically and might interfere with the other lifts you're doing that or the day after.

I'm dyel so I'd say a 6 day PPL split with lots of heavy singles and doubles
