            My gym is packed and i used to get drunk to deal with the bunch of shitfisters trying to have an orgy flapping their cheeks and nipples everywhere when i just want to work out.

            Id guess women are going for young men and old men are goimg for women, the young men just want to work out to get sorority girls. Its a toxic environment and i refuse to go without a few swigs of whisky and a giant thermos full of beer.

              Then i just started goimg after work, found a sick 247 gym loaded with barbells and dumbbells and a few outdated machines. Only thimg is they dont have a proper cable station for flies and shit.

              I wanna get a squat rack and 2 of those home gym pulley attachments its so much better than having to be around people who are too old for the university gym.

          Anon, a superset is when you do complementing exercises back to back like rows and bench or curls and tricep pushdowns. Its a huge time saver. Almost every athletic team utilizes them because of the time cut they provide.

              I was always a lil fat and could do pullups. Lat pulldpwns are superior for the upper part of your back and rear delts especially.

              Ever notice how real strong people have huge ribcages? Heavy weight makes your core way stronger not high reps. Like sitting ohp vs stamding gotta do both but you will lack in pushing power not doing sitting shit thats how some people have thick ass necks.

              I am 200lbs and do both.
              Pull-downs are better for connecting with your lats, also they are a lower stress alternative to pull-ups, especially low rep weighted pull-ups are more strenuous systematically and might interfere with the other lifts you're doing that or the day after.
