That's not why those exercises are recommended.
It is tho. Squat and Deadlift are combined into one exercise to have less lower body focus. Chinups are added for lats and biceps. Bench is swapped for Incline bench since upper(clavicular) chest is more important than lower(sternal) chest development

Amount of activation you get from incline bench for delts is meaningless. OHP is just delts and tris. Just because you use your core to bench better doesnt mean you get enough abs workout.
Chinups are not enough for building arms which is important for aesthetics objectively speaking. Biceps are such a small muscle that it's better to isolate, it's very hard to get enough work load on them from compounds alone. If you feel it on your arms check your form and/or check your absolute dyel status

You really cannot go wrong with this. All routines should have these 4 as the bare minimum

Deadlift is not a lower body exercise. Its a full body exercise. Those 4 I listed are 1 full body, 2 upper body, and 1 lower body. Which is a great balance for male aesthetics and functionality. Trap bar deadlifts replacing squats is heinous and trap bar deadlifts replacing conventional deadlifts is a meme of its own
