A brief period of intense stress and panic attacks last year has permanently wrecked me. How do I get back to normal? Is it even possible?

What are you doing to relieve stress? Ashwagandha? Meditation? Grueling cardio? Hanging out with friends? Yoga? Ensuring you’re getting as much sleep as you need?

I don't, I'm neeting away but it's never been a problem until last year.

possible damage of noradrenergic nerves in brain. fried like dopamine nerves from meth use. studies on rats indicate that this is what happens. they become lethargic but also irritable. what is your blood pressure btw? might be low considering symptoms.

      >brain damage
Hope not but it seems more and more likely the case.
      >blood pressure
Last I check it was normal range but towards the low side.

Its almost like your psyche and God are telling you that neeting out and doing nothing is pathetic and you should be active and find purpose in your life.

I've had all this shit from childhood because I nearly died falling into a pond and smashing my head (and my moron junkie parents didn't take me to a doctor) so it's probably brain damage.

Buy Ban Xia Bai Zhu Tian Ma Tang for the dizziness, panic attacks and brain fog. The herbs in that formula takes care of that. Make sure you sleep at night, and maybe adjust your diet to see if that lifts the brain fog, common culprits are cheap dairy, too much sugar or dysbiosis.

When I was 18 and moved out for college and lived in dinky apartment on the edge of the new city.
After a few months of isolation, engineering classes, commuting in a bus every day I started drinking a bottle of wine every night. I remember I was studying for a calc exam. I was sleep deprived and stressed the fuck out when my mother called and started yapping about something.
Idk what we were talking about, but I started shouting and swearing and the next thing I knew I was hyperventilating, dizzy and couldn't stop. Immediately got a fever and a stomach ulcer that haunted me for weeks after. Also some kind of eczema on lips that is still here 6 years later (khv because of it lol). I was never the same, lethargic but anxious, no doubt something was fried.

If you told me about panic attacks before that, I would've called you a fag
