Tell me ugly, you have terrible acne (and probably oily hair, you grease buckets always do) and yet you can’t take the 5 minutes to shower in the morning? News flash pizza face, your acne will probably get somewhat better if you showered every day.
>moisturize the areas that arent acne ridden
There's your problem. You're not moisturizing, so your skin is producing more oil to compensate. I know it seems counterintuitive, but try moisturizing all of your face. Also, lots of water, vitamin D supplements, and a silver-thread pillowcase. Also, accutane if none of that helps.
try going 100% high fat carnivore for a month then report back
i tried cutting out a billion things out and mine pretty much went poof (among other substantial benefits) when i went carnivore
pic on the left was actually for me "mild" acne, i had some really bad episodes, but it's now a thing of the past
it's not always hygine, sometimes it really be your own immune system telling you that it's not built your current "just eat clean and you'll be fine bro" diett
>it's not always hygine
It's actually NEVER hygiene unless you live in a pigsty and your last shower was 5 years ago, and even then it's likely fungal or bacterial like folliculitis.
People who tell others to wash yourself every 30 minutes are retarded and don't know shit about acne because they never had to deal with it. Show me a SINGLE PERSON, just one, who fixed their acne by showering and scrubbing every day. You can't because acne has nothing do with hygiene but with hormones, genetics and diet.
Nobody in this thread will give you the answer you need. Here, I'll tell you what you need to do. This is coming from someone who had worst acne than that: stick to keto carnivore. Fish, eggs, butter, meat (from ruminant cattle, preferably). In 24 hours of abstaining from everything else you should already see some very minor improvements to your skin and hair. In ten days, you'll freak out over how much they have improved.
At least somebody throws good advice in.

That's part of the solution, but people like OP need to find out what actually triggers their acne rather than a complete blanket ban on carbs. Refined sugars, fructose and wheat were for me the main culprits. Just eliminating wheat altogether instead of carbs (potatoes, buckwheat, rice etc) had a huge impact if not completely eliminated my acne.
Seborrheic dermatitis bros, how you holding out?
Short hair, beach and the sun do wonders but it comes back when you're no longer in that environment. If you aren't, ketoconazole shampoo once or twice a week should do the trick (it will seem to get worse the first two days as you'll start shedding a lot but it will quickly improve after and not come back).

Ironically this
Im not an expert but had terrible acne, who suddendly dissapeared with no meds and came back BAD when I bloatmaxed,I didnt switch to a particular diet but I started eating tons of meat and less pasta and sweets and years later 0 acne, took like a month to see changes.
Shower twice daily you filthy homosexual
Wash your bed suite weekly
Remove 1 time from your diet weekly to see if you can identify the source
Don't waste money on meme acne cures
Good luck

It's the only thing that will actually get rid of his cystic acne. You guys are fucking retards who think just washing and changing sheets will have any impact on such a severe case of acne.
I've had cystic acne for 8 years. More severe case than the photo posted. I've been on accutane for a total of 25 months. I took a strong dose and it's the only thing that helped me.
Not that anon but what dose were you on? I've been on 50mg every day for about 6 months now and no side effects other than my lips and the top of my ears being really dry.

Cant remember it was 4 years ago. I just remember taking a big orange pill every other day or so. Had crazy dandruff, hypersensitive teeth, and had bone sores and shit.
Anyways it was too late for me, i already fucked up the cysts on my chest to the point the scarring was permanent
It's not the only thing that will help cystic acne. Your doctor and derm will usually try to exhaust other options before resorting to it, and those other options are tried because they also work for people.
>just have a bit acne
OP's case isn't just a "bit of ol' acne." It's severe cystic acne that will leave him with deep scarring on his face. Go dammit, this board is actually mindbroken.
Accutane destroys your skin. It absolutely obliterates your sebaceous glands; that's why it "works". It will crack your lips and make you hurt even when peeing. If you want no scars, it's fasting regimen plus clean keto. Nothing else works better.

Your sebaceous glands will not recover (and partially, at that) until five to fifteen years after taking that poison. You'll get acne again to a degree if your diet remains the same.

I'm also stronger and leaner than you, fatso, while being on a keto carnivore diet. Keep munching on government-mandated goyfeed, enjoy being manipulated and lied to.
theres side effects but you can take a low dose to minimise chances and get bloodwork done monthly so your gp/dermatologist can monitor how you are doing
Your sex drive doesn't matter if no one wants to fuck you because you look like a swamp monster. May as well take it and get it over with, eventually you stop needing to take it.
How many babies like that have you seen? I've never seen a kid look like that in my entire life. Unsurprisingly not all medicines are terrible if taken correctly.
What is your diet like, please detail: > How many portions of fruit and vegetables you eat in the average day? > How much water do you drink in the average day? > How often do you eat fast food/take out in the average week? > How often do you consume candy/soda/juice?
Anyone offering broscience tier advice online is doing more harm than good
This isn't about changing your pillowcase, changing your diet or washing your face. You need medical assistance, whether it's accutane, a topical medicine or a combination
>With acne this severe, please see a dermatologist
Please, don't go to a ~~*dermatologist*~~, they will tell you to do exactly what you're saying about changing your pillowcase, washing your face, and dropping dairy. >Anyone offering broscience tier advice online is doing more harm than good
Going on an elimination diet that does away with almost any possible culprit is not "broscience". Dermatologists' advice would qualify as "broscience" to a vastly greater degree, in fact, because ~~*doctors*~~ see science as myths and downright lies turned into dogma. Correlation studies are not science, as they don't follow the scientific method. >You need medical assistance, whether it's accutane, a topical medicine or a combination
That's only if you want to fuck up your skin's natural oil production and your liver.
We need to establish his baseline lifestyle before giving advice.

>We need to establish his baseline lifestyle before giving advice. We already know he has no proper skincare routine and goes days without showering
Absolutely not. Between the ages of 12 and 17, I had the "worst case of acne" every dermatologist I went to see (at least five) had ever seen. I changed my diet, started exercising, and it went away on its own.

Clean keto. Accutane/roacutane will destroy your sebaceous glands and your organs.
It absolutely wont. OP, don't take the advice of the retards here. Go to a dermatologist ASAP.
No you should not have a nice day. You are very young and this is temporary. Yes you should see a dermatologist. I believe you should do an elimination diet and eat only whole foods. Meat, vegetables, fruit. Maybe add cheese and dairy after a month or two. Garbage in, garbage out.
I'm another anon who had bad acne growing up and took Accutane, it sucks for a few months but you will not regret it. Do not listen to this retard and elimination diets.
DHT is thought to make acne worse.
That's why it's worse for male teenagers.
Acne can be caused by many different things though, so there's no one unique solution that will work for everyone.
After years eating a Ray Peat diet, my skin finally cleared up when I started eating 1-2 spoonfuls of olive oil each time I ate meat.
It turns out that the fats on a Ray Peat diet (beef, chicken, coconut oil, cheese, butter) have melting points of 35-40C, and the surface temperature of the skin is about 33C. The fat composition of sebum is based on the fats in your diet, so this means the sebum I was producing had a melting temp of 35-40C meaning that it would turn solid and cause white heads, but the sebum was fucking turning solid!!! Aaaagh!! What a bitch that was.
Well adding a tiny bit of olive oil to my diet lowered the melting temp of my dietary fat composition, and I no longer get whiteheads and my skin completely cleared up.
Hopefully that works for someone else as well, but there's probably tons of shit that can go wrong.
There was some famous old study that proved the "essentiality" of seed oils and omega 6 because when it was added to a diet of saturated fats it reversed some skin disease. But I would be interested if they redid that diet experiment but substituted olive oil instead, because that is what worked to cure my skin.
If you pay close attention to the fat you consume in your diet, you should notice the viscosity and quantity of sebum changing within a few days. Like if you eat a hyper-low fat diet the sebum production will shut-off, and eating high viscosity seed oils and olive oil will increase the viscosity and lower the melting temperature of the sebum - which prevents white heads.
Very intriguing anon. I also noticed a decrease in acne when I started drinking olive oil with milk and flaxseed, even when I stopped putting on benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
Bro I looked like this from 14-19, it crippled me socially for life, diet intervention and hygiene will reduce symptoms by 25% but that's not enough. Instead of waiting for nature to run it's course and being left with minor to moderate scars like me, please please please take accutane and be done with it. Get a gf and be happy, don't repeat my mistakes.
Could be a fungal infection, sometimes it presents as cystic acne. Which most derms won't test for or treat, or even acknowledge that it's the source of the issue.
So the diet anons have some of it right as some dietary charges starve the infection or are naturally anti-fungal. the pro-accutane anons are probably pharmacy shills, the anti-accutane anons have either been on it and speak from experience or have researched it thoroughly and share the harsh insights.
If you're still reading and are curious, look into nir/ir light therapy--wearable face masks are available or get a different design and use it often (every other day to start, then more if you take it well). Another if... if you do this and it has the positive effect you desire, look into r/cosmicdeathfungus to remove it all.
This OP. . UK houses are mold farms and I tried everything to get rid of cystic acne for years until i realised it would only flare up in the winter. I use Daktarin powder and it works great.
I'd recommend salicylic acid and/or benzoyl peroxide to help exfoliate skin and unblock pores. It'll be drying but a non-comedogenic moisturiser will help. You could also try spot treating flare ups with zinc oxide cream overnight but it can be greasy so be mindful of that. But as everyone says, get your blood work done and try accurate, for around 12 months +/-. Just watch your diet and stay moisturised, it's literal poison but it's the best pharma have, it'll be a game changer. Just have your supports in place.
Antibiotics, tea tree oil, showering 5 times a day...none of that works long-term for cystic acne. It is an inflammatory response and likely autoimmune related, though you could try a diet of elimination (i.e., milk, wheat, or sugar etc.). Though you could eat clean and still get cysts.
Red light therapy could help too.
All the best anon.

What information do you have about OP then son? What previous medications has he tried? What’s his diet like? What’s his personal hygiene routine? What exercise does he do?
If you don't have liver problems you can take accutane. It's a bit on the expensive side and your doctor must do blood tests to check how your liver and lipids are doing. (AST / ALT / FA/ GT etc, sometimes ultrasound too)
Yes it will probably make your skin very dry but just use those chapsticks + lotion.
If you don't have money and this is very characteristic of ur family trait than I'm afraid even with diet + acids + washing face won't help a lot. Also, sometimes when you get older usually the acne can go away too because the hormones stabilize.
I forgot to say but you can use sulfur soap on your face or other places where you think you have a lot of acne. It helps with cleaning and fungus status.
It has a bit of a bad smell but not really THAT bad. Also even if you are not a person who doesnt take a lot of showers I do think your acne is genetic side so you will benefit a lot from usage of drugs.
It depends on what the true cause of the acne is.
Putting antibacterials on the face can drive the bacteria deeper into the pores, which will cause a much deeper bacterial infection.
Using soap on the face can also stimulate increased sebum production, which can make the acne worse. Your skin produces sebum in order to produce a protective layer for the skin against bacteria and to provide moisturization, but if you remove the sebum every day with harsh bar soap, then it can cause the sebum ducts to go crazy over-reactive.
35 here and it has never truly went away for me. Its at least a lot better compared to when I was a teen but I deal with this bullshit every day. At least I am not a kissless virgin.

Doubt it'd help OP, but protip I got from another Anon; buy multiple extra pillow cases and rotate them out throughout the week.
I skimmed this thread and my conclusion is that 99% of you are completely clueless zoomer homosexuals who don’t know anything.
I’m a 32 year old boomer, and I actually cured my acne at the age of 17 and have lived acne free since then. This is how I did it:
- Stopped taking any and all meds, even bullshit Acutane which is evil israeli bullshit that dries out your skin and tanks your test.
- I stopped washing my face with bullshit like clearasil or anything that strips oils from your face.
- Avoid excessive hot water on your face while showering.
- Stop consuming too much sugar.
When you do this, your skin will get worse before it gets better because it will overcompensate for oils you’ve been constantly stripping from your face. Allow time for your skin’s oil and fauna to balance itself.
In the meantime, do the following:
- Practice good hygiene, which most of you homosexuals probably don’t do.
- Shower daily and eat right.
- clean bedsheets
- practice the most gentle skincare routine possible, and the only cleanser you should be using shouldn’t be stronger than micellar water. Use a very light moisturiser only if you have had dry skin most of your life.
Congratulations, you now have good skin. It might take 6 months to a year to fully clear up. From there your skin will be maintenance free.
Right now you are treating your skin issues as a war or a battle and you are using heavy duty weapons to “fight” the issue.
Put down your weapons and stop fighting. Make friends with your skin and you can live in harmony.
You’re a nagger. OP just look up acutane side effects and never use it. Acutane makes your skin look like total dogshit.
This only works if you have a mild case of acne, not giga nagger cystic acne like OP.
My skin was literally the same as the op’s. I spent a year trying to fight my acne and it got just as red and flared up as op’s.
If doing a year of meds, face cleaners, ointments, and all the bullshit potions didn’t work then it will simply never work. What op is doing isn’t working, and never will.
homosexuals here telling you not to do accutane are trying to mess with you. Trust me and do it, I took it a few years back and it completely changed my skin for the better. My only side effects were chapped lips and more prone to sunburn.
I had worst.
Went to a dermatologist for 3 years, and eventually even she admitted I must take Isotretinoin. Side effects are being extra sensitive to the sun, and it could hurt growth, so I would avoid if you're under 20.
Make sure to keep taking it until everything is completely gone for at least a month. My acne moved from my face to my back before disappearing.
Severe acne (had ages 14-21) destroyed my self confidence, made it almost impossible to make friends and left my with permanent scars.
More acutane naggers who got israeliteed by doctors

Cut out all alcohol and start taking a capsul of probiotic.
This is your liver and gut health...it manifest into this. I had it for years on my shoulders and back and it only began to clear after getting off the bottle....stay the FUCK AWAY from accutane.
i dont have acne, the trick is never washing your pillowcase or bedsheets, eating like shit, and showering four times a day
wash out your bowels with a very hot water enema (push two waterbottles of water up your ass and shit it out) and take 5mg cialis every night before bed.
Vitamin A toxicity is well known to cause anxiety. Probably because nerve tissues in your brain are peeling away from the inside, which is what vitamin A does to every single tissue in your body that it comes in contact with.
That's why it's used in skin creams, to peel your skin off.
Taking accunate (a chemotherapy drug) is also associated with greatly increased risk of many autoimmune diseases, and that the onset of autoimmune diseases will be many years sooner than it would otherwise - which makes sense with the theory that vitamin A toxicity is the root cause of most autoimmune diseases.
Accutane and its like are just vitamin A derivatives. Check the RDA for vitamin A, then check your diet. Unless you're eating a full serving of spinach and a full serving of sweet potato literally every single day you're deficient. The only real sources are that, liver, eggs (3 eggs is about 20% RDA), and carrots (must cook to open up bioavailability). That's it. You have to eat this shit every day, or liver once a week, to get the RDA. Jeez I wonder why acne gets better when you take a vitamin A analogue with a modern diet. Do this, drink more water, and change pillow cases and see what happens. Another issue is stress which causes insulin spikes which stimulate sebaceous glands. So calm down nigga.
>Unless you're eating a full serving of spinach and a full serving of sweet potato literally every single day you're deficient.
Uh no. Vitamin A is extremely toxic.
Accutane works because it is so toxic that your sebum cells die off - but in the process it kills many other internal tissues.
Read Grant Genereux.
stop being a totally stupid fucker and bathe.
100% of acne is from sleeping dirty and not washing your filthy face, pop your god damn zitts so they dont leave scars.
I have cystic acne. My girlfriend also has acne.
I actually find it charming that she also has acne, makes her cute and relatable. Maybe it's the same for her.
You can look good even with acne, there are worse things you could have going for you.
i had some mild but very LARGE deep cystic acne (still have a few deep permanent deep pitted scars)
How I fixed it
>Top Priority >Breathe, reduce stress >Drink enough clean water, filter that shit if you can, and try to make sure ur tap is clean and not rusted and full of hard metals >Wash face once in morning once at night, wipe with CLEAN towel. Change towel daily. Get a pack from Ross or those cheap leftover places its like 6 bucks for 10 . get 2 packs and wash them separately weekly. Not with ur dirty fucking gym socks. Keep the FACE TOWELS clean. don't respread germs >Try to cut out sugar and processed mccdonalds >Meat veggies rice potatos etc only whole foods, nuts eggs etc >facewash with some salicilic acid rub it around leave the shit on for 30s at least to get into the skin >use a men's toner and the right moisturizer for your skin >Change pillow cases 1x to 2x a week. again you can wash these with your face towels. DONT WASH WITH YOUR GYM SOCKS >change bedding often >dont go to the gym, then rub your nasty sweaty ass on your bed after. keep your bed clean >dont touch your face when ur about ur day, spreading germs
>Mid priority >dont jack off 10x a day. yes nofap works, excessive cooming with ur hand will fuck ur hormones and stress management. when i coom too muchi breakout >consider some chemical peels, either at a professional or at home, but start light at home >consider extractions at a pro >Get a RED LED Light mask with the right nm wavelength. this penetrates deep and kills germs. i swear this was what pushed me the last mile to clear skin and scar healing. 20m a night. get one of those korean ones mine cost 80$ 8 years ago >add retinol or some salicylic toner if ur face can handle it >light mechanical exfoliation (as opposed to chemical) with a towel 1x a week
its gonna take time, might get worse but itll heal. stress management, water, breathing, & KEEPING UR FACE AND BEDDING CLEAN and USING CLEAN TOWELS are mst imprtant
It's shit advice from a retard with mild acne and 2 chickenpox scars. If anyone with severe cystic acne actually listened to that bullshit it'd ruin their life even more.
cystic acne is weird, not everyone get's permanent scars or pitting from it
if you are the type like in OP pic who does get the deep scars you need to get on accutane immediately, there is no quality of life argument to be made, its unlivable to have that shit AND perma scaring so you cant even ugly duckling out of it later
No meme diet will get rid of that. You need Accutane to get rid of cystic acne. The longer you wait, the more scarred you'll be. Sucks, but it's the truth.
nobodies disputing that accutane works for getting rid of acne. if thats all you care about, accutane absolutely works. its what it does to the rest of your body. it fucking nukes your skin forever
Any recs for backne and assne? Currently shower daily (skip Saturday sometimes). Use loofah and scrub my ass well, but can't reach my entire back (fatass 6'3 240 no muscle).
Backne is minimal but yeah I'll get a back scrubber. Ass is the bigger problem. I've heard there are body washes with acne medication so I guess I'll try one.

How about this:
Stop touching it?
Acne cannot legally become this bad if you don’t obsessively pick at it and squeeze it. Don’t deny it. You basically have got a wound under there that you need to let heal.
>Seborrheic dermatitis bros, how you holding out?
have this on my scalp
stay dehydrated and nuke it with dandruff shampoo or conditioner every few days until it calms down, simple as. and don't fucking pick at it
What do you do once it goes away? Do you still keep using dandruff shampoo? Also how do you handle hair product and having to wash it off the hair every day?
>What do you do once it goes away?
i hit it one more time a few days later to make sure >Do you still keep using dandruff shampoo?
only when i have to shampoo, i do not shampoo every day >Also how do you handle hair product and having to wash it off the hair every day?
i don't use any product, also my hair almost touches my shoulders
Man, I tried going shampoo-free as well but the dermatitis spread even to my face so now I'm too scared to try again. Do you just rinse with water? How often "do" you shampoo?
>How often "do" you shampoo?
i only shampoo if: >im flaky >im greasy >im smelly from sports or otherwise dirty
other than that i see no need. maybe once a week normally. i rinse hair with water yes, but not every day. i use only cold water for my face, but i have never had dermatitis on my face. that sounds like it could be from something in your diet, for instance i will get facial acne if i eat too much bread/processed carbs like chips, am dehydrated, or beat off.
1) Wash face with just water.
2) Clean with 1% Piroctone Olamine solution. Leave that on for thirty seconds before rinsing off.
3) Exfoliate with an exfoliating scrub. Rinse.
4) Use Olay Regenerist Collagen Peptide 24 Day Serum because I'm an oldfag and my skin's going wrinkly kek
5) Moisturise using a facial moisturiser.
Also have Vitamin C and multivitamins to help with all that. Also less greasy food.
It's a bit of effort but my skin's never been better. Used to get a shitload of seborrheic dermatitis but haven't had it since I started doing the skin care thing.
I did that for 6 months.
Didn't do shit.
Everyone has different causes for their unique skin problems.

its genetics and hormones. there is nothing you can do to solve it, except grow out of it. anything you can do is a topical temporary solution, they will always pop out because thats how your body works at this age. its an entire industry based on returninng customers, you cant “solve” acne just like you cant solve a leaky nose when you got a cold.
best thing you can do is ignore it and avoid agitating anything so it wont form into a scar.
Get a water softener and use aloe.
1. Describe your skincare routine
2. Do you shower every day?
basically just wash my face and moisturize the areas that arent acne ridden. no i dont
isotretinoin
Tell me ugly, you have terrible acne (and probably oily hair, you grease buckets always do) and yet you can’t take the 5 minutes to shower in the morning? News flash pizza face, your acne will probably get somewhat better if you showered every day.
You have to be 18 to post here
>moisturize the areas that arent acne ridden
There's your problem. You're not moisturizing, so your skin is producing more oil to compensate. I know it seems counterintuitive, but try moisturizing all of your face. Also, lots of water, vitamin D supplements, and a silver-thread pillowcase. Also, accutane if none of that helps.
>it's not always hygine
It's actually NEVER hygiene unless you live in a pigsty and your last shower was 5 years ago, and even then it's likely fungal or bacterial like folliculitis.
People who tell others to wash yourself every 30 minutes are retarded and don't know shit about acne because they never had to deal with it. Show me a SINGLE PERSON, just one, who fixed their acne by showering and scrubbing every day. You can't because acne has nothing do with hygiene but with hormones, genetics and diet.
Short hair, beach and the sun do wonders but it comes back when you're no longer in that environment. If you aren't, ketoconazole shampoo once or twice a week should do the trick (it will seem to get worse the first two days as you'll start shedding a lot but it will quickly improve after and not come back).
try going 100% high fat carnivore for a month then report back
i tried cutting out a billion things out and mine pretty much went poof (among other substantial benefits) when i went carnivore
pic on the left was actually for me "mild" acne, i had some really bad episodes, but it's now a thing of the past
it's not always hygine, sometimes it really be your own immune system telling you that it's not built your current "just eat clean and you'll be fine bro" diett
Nice jawline
Preach brotha. Same with me, 75-80% calories from fat. meat eggs organs only cured everything i had for years
Nobody in this thread will give you the answer you need.
We need to establish his baseline lifestyle before giving advice.
We already know he has no proper skincare routine and goes days without showering
you literally deboonked the first sentence of your comment in the same reply, dummy
>that mephistophelian moustache
What's your max souls per week number?
Ironically this
Im not an expert but had terrible acne, who suddendly dissapeared with no meds and came back BAD when I bloatmaxed,I didnt switch to a particular diet but I started eating tons of meat and less pasta and sweets and years later 0 acne, took like a month to see changes.
hiii
hey 🙂
Shower twice daily you filthy homosexual
Wash your bed suite weekly
Remove 1 time from your diet weekly to see if you can identify the source
Don't waste money on meme acne cures
Good luck
Item*
roid juice?
Get on accutane now. The people telling you to just shower are fucking retarded. You obviously already bathe.
Accutane side effects? Also are you israeli?
It's the only thing that will actually get rid of his cystic acne. You guys are fucking retards who think just washing and changing sheets will have any impact on such a severe case of acne.
Clean diet (no sugar, lots of vegetables, only drink water) + regular cardio + regular saunas will fix him
It absolutely wont. OP, don't take the advice of the retards here. Go to a dermatologist ASAP.
Try diet first, also post nose
op should listen to this anon.
I've had cystic acne for 8 years. More severe case than the photo posted. I've been on accutane for a total of 25 months. I took a strong dose and it's the only thing that helped me.
>I've been on accutane for a total of 25 months.
You've destroyed your organism. You can't even donate blood for a year after that.
I was on it for 3 months and the sides were already wrecking my shit. Wouldn't be surprised if you're already clinically dead
The side effects are really bad, worse than roids (except tren), but shill anon is right, it won't go away without it.
I'd rather just have a bit acne honestly, sounds not worth it. Destroys ur libido too I bet.
>just have a bit acne
>If you want no scars, it's fasting regimen plus clean keto
yeah dude just eat fucking fat and more butter. That'll clear you right up. Ketolards need to hurry up and kill themselves.
Imagine being this retarded... Acne is caused by insulin discharges and bacteria, you absolute fucking illiterate mongoloid. How much insulin does eating fat secrete?
Imagine being such a smooth-brained retard, that you think you obese diet will change OP's skin. OP, if you're still here, just go to a fucking dermatologist. You get routine blood work and you buy buckets of aquaphor to keep your lips from looking like a crack addict.
>OP, if you're still here, just go to a fucking dermatologist.
Sure, just let the industry cum inside your ass with no resistance whatsoever. Fill your body with absolute poison. You're truly hopeless. You haven't offered a single counter-argument, and you never will, because you are too stupid to do so.
You're an actual retard nagger who fortunately never had to deal with bad acne like OP. You have zero idea what you're talking about, and are attempting to shill your fad diet on him, which has a 0% chance of fixing his problem.
>You're an actual retard nagger who fortunately never had to deal with bad acne like OP. You have zero idea what you're talking about,
If you're going to sleep better tonight lying to yourself like that, so be it. Keep the corporate cock pumping in your ass.
>Keep the corporate cock pumping in your ass.
>t. fucking retard pushing his ketoshit cult routine and cookbook
Keep at it, gayboy. I'm not pushing shit (well, maybe your mother's).
>calls someone else dummy when failing to realize something as simple as an anon starting to write a post before he sees a new reply that contradicts what he was saying, something that literally happens all the time, yet here you are
I'm also stronger and leaner than you, fatso, while being on a keto carnivore diet. Keep munching on government-mandated goyfeed, enjoy being manipulated and lied to.
Keto kills gains
theres side effects but you can take a low dose to minimise chances and get bloodwork done monthly so your gp/dermatologist can monitor how you are doing
Your sex drive doesn't matter if no one wants to fuck you because you look like a swamp monster. May as well take it and get it over with, eventually you stop needing to take it.
>accutane
>only affects pregnant women
believe whatever you want to believe bro but I'm not trying to have kids turn out like you
How many babies like that have you seen? I've never seen a kid look like that in my entire life. Unsurprisingly not all medicines are terrible if taken correctly.
What is your diet like, please detail:
> How many portions of fruit and vegetables you eat in the average day?
> How much water do you drink in the average day?
> How often do you eat fast food/take out in the average week?
> How often do you consume candy/soda/juice?
Stop jerking off and eating sugar
With acne this severe, please see a dermatologist
We already know he has no proper skincare routine and goes days without showering
Absolutely not. Between the ages of 12 and 17, I had the "worst case of acne" every dermatologist I went to see (at least five) had ever seen. I changed my diet, started exercising, and it went away on its own.
>It's the only thing that will actually get rid of his cystic acne.
Clean keto. Accutane/roacutane will destroy your sebaceous glands and your organs.
>Go to a dermatologist ASAP.
Don't.
No you should not have a nice day. You are very young and this is temporary. Yes you should see a dermatologist. I believe you should do an elimination diet and eat only whole foods. Meat, vegetables, fruit. Maybe add cheese and dairy after a month or two. Garbage in, garbage out.
Try some over the counter options before trying isotretinoin like everyone suggests. It could destroy your liver and it dries you out like crazy
I'm another anon who had bad acne growing up and took Accutane, it sucks for a few months but you will not regret it. Do not listen to this retard and elimination diets.
looks like heavy metal poisoning from childhood vaccines, go on EDTA and microneedle
also get potassium iodide because that shit squats your thyroid too, iodine kicks it out
OP this is what you're in for btw if you listen to the ketofags ITT
Is acne testosterone related? I had no acne b4 puberty
Yes, that's why awkward pimply teen is a meme
I use Daktarin powder and it works great.
get on accutane OP. Yeah its expensive and the sideeffects suck but its the only thing that works.
I had exact pic rel until I was about 23 and wish I got on accutane sooner. Lotion and stridex pads wont fix this.
Do not take any advice from someone (clinician or not) who has not obtained a medical history.
this. don't take accutane
This. Take advice from shitskins on an anime image board.
especially don't listen to anime imageboard shitskins telling you to take accutane
Don’t take accutane is also advice. As is ‘take supplements X Y Z’ or ‘only eat meat’ .
Unless OP can provide relevant history (their current skin hygiene routine, their lifestyle/diet, medications tried already) then this thread is pointless.
>only my advice is correct and nobody else's
yawn
I’ve not given advice (aside from don’t listen to uninformed advice).
We already know he doesn’t shower daily and we know nothing of his diet.
>(aside from don’t listen to uninformed advice).
So he shouldn't listen to you, and your retarded subreddit advice
>DUDE BUY THIS LIGHT MASK IT'LL TOTALLY WORK
It is informed advice, dickhead.
What information do you have about OP then son? What previous medications has he tried? What’s his diet like? What’s his personal hygiene routine? What exercise does he do?
His cystic acne is just shit genetics. It has nothing to do with his diet and skin routine.
>Ctrl f salicylic acid
>1 result
This board is so fucking stupid and useless. God bless to the one anon who recommended it after I made like 3 acne threads with
>Lol just shower
Don't
Doubt it'd help OP, but protip I got from another Anon; buy multiple extra pillow cases and rotate them out throughout the week.
>Don't
Typo
Make friends with your skin and you can live in harmony.
homosexual.
This only works if you have a mild case of acne, not giga nagger cystic acne like OP.
Everyone is susceptible to different diseases.
You really think people have acne for 10 years and never did the basic ass shit you are suggesting?
Just drink more water buddeh, I'm not reading all that
Don’t listen to all the retards in here, Accutane asap before the scarring gets worse
You’re a nagger. OP just look up acutane side effects and never use it. Acutane makes your skin look like total dogshit.
My skin was literally the same as the op’s. I spent a year trying to fight my acne and it got just as red and flared up as op’s.
If doing a year of meds, face cleaners, ointments, and all the bullshit potions didn’t work then it will simply never work. What op is doing isn’t working, and never will.
Refer to my previous post.
homosexuals here telling you not to do accutane are trying to mess with you. Trust me and do it, I took it a few years back and it completely changed my skin for the better. My only side effects were chapped lips and more prone to sunburn.
More acutane naggers who got israeliteed by doctors
>Guy who doesn't know what it's like to have extreme acne on your face, neck, back, and chest
I do. And I cured it. See my post:
I had worst.
Went to a dermatologist for 3 years, and eventually even she admitted I must take Isotretinoin. Side effects are being extra sensitive to the sun, and it could hurt growth, so I would avoid if you're under 20.
Make sure to keep taking it until everything is completely gone for at least a month. My acne moved from my face to my back before disappearing.
Severe acne (had ages 14-21) destroyed my self confidence, made it almost impossible to make friends and left my with permanent scars.
Try benzoyl peroxide
Stop eating grains, vegetables, anything covered in pesticides. Serious.
it'll go away once you stop being >underageb&
Buy butter from raw milk and put it on your face every day. Organic animal fats work wonders for the skin. You can also put on coconut oil but it's not as potent.
Cut out all alcohol and start taking a capsul of probiotic.
This is your liver and gut health...it manifest into this. I had it for years on my shoulders and back and it only began to clear after getting off the bottle....stay the FUCK AWAY from accutane.
i dont have acne, the trick is never washing your pillowcase or bedsheets, eating like shit, and showering four times a day
wash out your bowels with a very hot water enema (push two waterbottles of water up your ass and shit it out) and take 5mg cialis every night before bed.
accutane will fuck up your mental health for years to come....
They say it gives suicidal thoughts, but are the suicidal thoughts just due to the fact that you have horrible acne?
Vitamin A toxicity is well known to cause anxiety. Probably because nerve tissues in your brain are peeling away from the inside, which is what vitamin A does to every single tissue in your body that it comes in contact with.
That's why it's used in skin creams, to peel your skin off.
Taking accunate (a chemotherapy drug) is also associated with greatly increased risk of many autoimmune diseases, and that the onset of autoimmune diseases will be many years sooner than it would otherwise - which makes sense with the theory that vitamin A toxicity is the root cause of most autoimmune diseases.
Fuck off Pete tard
So calm down nigga.
this.
sadly it doesn't reverse things overnight if you're that far along, but it is the real solution
>Unless you're eating a full serving of spinach and a full serving of sweet potato literally every single day you're deficient.
Uh no. Vitamin A is extremely toxic.
Accutane works because it is so toxic that your sebum cells die off - but in the process it kills many other internal tissues.
Read Grant Genereux.
eat liver
stop eating dairy
stop eating sugar
eat low fat
wash your face
supplement zinc
get some sun(kills acnes bacteria)
You guys are seriously freaking me out... I've been taking a daily dose of 20 mg Accutane for the last three months. How can I detox myself?
Easy peasy.
I mean the damage will probably be quite severe and long-lasting, but you just have to do a strict vitamin A restriction diet.
Like plan to only eat beef, chicken breast, white bread, white rice, oats and black beans for an entire year.
can only imagine the slop your retarded parents fed you as a child. all acne is caused by poor eating. its your fault
yep...most of mine as a kid was due to shitty diet and living in a filthy house.
stop being a totally stupid fucker and bathe.
100% of acne is from sleeping dirty and not washing your filthy face, pop your god damn zitts so they dont leave scars.
Fast
I have cystic acne. My girlfriend also has acne.
I actually find it charming that she also has acne, makes her cute and relatable. Maybe it's the same for her.
You can look good even with acne, there are worse things you could have going for you.
i had some mild but very LARGE deep cystic acne (still have a few deep permanent deep pitted scars)
How I fixed it
>Top Priority
>Breathe, reduce stress
>Drink enough clean water, filter that shit if you can, and try to make sure ur tap is clean and not rusted and full of hard metals
>Wash face once in morning once at night, wipe with CLEAN towel. Change towel daily. Get a pack from Ross or those cheap leftover places its like 6 bucks for 10 . get 2 packs and wash them separately weekly. Not with ur dirty fucking gym socks. Keep the FACE TOWELS clean. don't respread germs
>Try to cut out sugar and processed mccdonalds
>Meat veggies rice potatos etc only whole foods, nuts eggs etc
>facewash with some salicilic acid rub it around leave the shit on for 30s at least to get into the skin
>use a men's toner and the right moisturizer for your skin
>Change pillow cases 1x to 2x a week. again you can wash these with your face towels. DONT WASH WITH YOUR GYM SOCKS
>change bedding often
>dont go to the gym, then rub your nasty sweaty ass on your bed after. keep your bed clean
>dont touch your face when ur about ur day, spreading germs
>Mid priority
>dont jack off 10x a day. yes nofap works, excessive cooming with ur hand will fuck ur hormones and stress management. when i coom too muchi breakout
>consider some chemical peels, either at a professional or at home, but start light at home
>consider extractions at a pro
>Get a RED LED Light mask with the right nm wavelength. this penetrates deep and kills germs. i swear this was what pushed me the last mile to clear skin and scar healing. 20m a night. get one of those korean ones mine cost 80$ 8 years ago
>add retinol or some salicylic toner if ur face can handle it
>light mechanical exfoliation (as opposed to chemical) with a towel 1x a week
its gonna take time, might get worse but itll heal. stress management, water, breathing, & KEEPING UR FACE AND BEDDING CLEAN and USING CLEAN TOWELS are mst imprtant
This is good advice. But the tldr is "don't eat sugar and jerk off too much."
It's shit advice from a retard with mild acne and 2 chickenpox scars. If anyone with severe cystic acne actually listened to that bullshit it'd ruin their life even more.
He can always get on whatever medicine. It's already bad for OP - he should give "the basics" a try before he gets on accutane or whatever.
ITT people who've never had acne, especially severe acne
if OP pic is you accutane now my G
cystic acne is weird, not everyone get's permanent scars or pitting from it
if you are the type like in OP pic who does get the deep scars you need to get on accutane immediately, there is no quality of life argument to be made, its unlivable to have that shit AND perma scaring so you cant even ugly duckling out of it later
lol is that Olympic weightlifter nate cerwinsme?
no
Imagine not taking accutane the moment you had even aa 1/4 of that.
do not listen to the home medicine retards in this thread.
you have cystic acne. this can only be fixed by seeing a dermatologist (SKIN DOCTOR). they will prescribe you medication and not snake oil.
accutane is a literal cure for this. take it.
Take Ivermectin. What do you think causes acne, hello?
No meme diet will get rid of that. You need Accutane to get rid of cystic acne. The longer you wait, the more scarred you'll be. Sucks, but it's the truth.
did accutane 8 years ago for 5 months
i don't get acne any more
i don't have any diseases or medical issues
do what you will with this information. accutane will get rid of your acne, and nobody disputes this fact.
also i only wash my face with cold water and rub it in with my hands, cloths just tear at the skin. my two cents.
nobodies disputing that accutane works for getting rid of acne. if thats all you care about, accutane absolutely works. its what it does to the rest of your body. it fucking nukes your skin forever
>it fucking nukes your skin forever
dude read my post, i was on accutane 8 years ago and my skin is not nuked, it is CLEAR
Any recs for backne and assne? Currently shower daily (skip Saturday sometimes). Use loofah and scrub my ass well, but can't reach my entire back (fatass 6'3 240 no muscle).
Get a back scrubber, nigga. You both lazy AND poor?
Backne is minimal but yeah I'll get a back scrubber. Ass is the bigger problem. I've heard there are body washes with acne medication so I guess I'll try one.
OP going low carb eliminated my acne.
I can still eat ~100g carbs per day as long as I don't spike my blood sugar at any time.
Might take ~1 month to start seeing results.
bot post
ITT:
>post your full diet
>post your full hygiene ritual
>put chemicals on your face
How about this:
Stop touching it?
Acne cannot legally become this bad if you don’t obsessively pick at it and squeeze it. Don’t deny it. You basically have got a wound under there that you need to let heal.
Seborrheic dermatitis bros, how you holding out?
>Seborrheic dermatitis bros, how you holding out?
have this on my scalp
stay dehydrated and nuke it with dandruff shampoo or conditioner every few days until it calms down, simple as. and don't fucking pick at it
What do you do once it goes away? Do you still keep using dandruff shampoo? Also how do you handle hair product and having to wash it off the hair every day?
>What do you do once it goes away?
i hit it one more time a few days later to make sure
>Do you still keep using dandruff shampoo?
only when i have to shampoo, i do not shampoo every day
>Also how do you handle hair product and having to wash it off the hair every day?
i don't use any product, also my hair almost touches my shoulders
Man, I tried going shampoo-free as well but the dermatitis spread even to my face so now I'm too scared to try again. Do you just rinse with water? How often "do" you shampoo?
>How often "do" you shampoo?
i only shampoo if:
>im flaky
>im greasy
>im smelly from sports or otherwise dirty
other than that i see no need. maybe once a week normally. i rinse hair with water yes, but not every day. i use only cold water for my face, but i have never had dermatitis on my face. that sounds like it could be from something in your diet, for instance i will get facial acne if i eat too much bread/processed carbs like chips, am dehydrated, or beat off.
Okay actually. Started a skincare routine:
1) Wash face with just water.
2) Clean with 1% Piroctone Olamine solution. Leave that on for thirty seconds before rinsing off.
3) Exfoliate with an exfoliating scrub. Rinse.
4) Use Olay Regenerist Collagen Peptide 24 Day Serum because I'm an oldfag and my skin's going wrinkly kek
5) Moisturise using a facial moisturiser.
Also have Vitamin C and multivitamins to help with all that. Also less greasy food.
It's a bit of effort but my skin's never been better. Used to get a shitload of seborrheic dermatitis but haven't had it since I started doing the skin care thing.
drink water and get off dairy
all your acne will be gone within 2 months
I did that for 6 months.
Didn't do shit.
Everyone has different causes for their unique skin problems.
If getting off dairy was sufficient, then there should be zero acne in Asia - which is obviously false.
Quitting dairy probably does help a lot of people though.
nothing brings me more joy than witnessing another zoomer homosexual that finally caved in to their retarded consumption of tiktok dealers promoting live threatening drugs, taking them to gain 10lbs of muscle and then paying for that their whole fucking life with bodyly harm and a fucked up mind.
lol what. you know you can get bad acne without doing steroids right?
talk about a fucked up mind. what kind of miserable freak posts stuff like this?
no but you should start taking isotretinoin, go see a doc
Acutane did wonders for me even at 32.
Just see a dermatologist. Dont prescribe yourself any medication, you could fuck up your face even more.
Cut out dairy completely
Cut out simple sugars completely
Cut out artificial dyes
Cotton sheets, cotton clothes
Maximize outdoor time
Diet rich in legumes and leafy greens
Stop being a teenager
What worked for me was simple benzoyl peroxide. Cleared up literally within days.
your acne is remediable by a dermatologist
your melodrama is not fixable, but you can download grindr for that
just roid out HARD, as if you were balding, like sam sulek
its genetics and hormones. there is nothing you can do to solve it, except grow out of it. anything you can do is a topical temporary solution, they will always pop out because thats how your body works at this age. its an entire industry based on returninng customers, you cant “solve” acne just like you cant solve a leaky nose when you got a cold.
best thing you can do is ignore it and avoid agitating anything so it wont form into a scar.
