It’s great, makes you sweat like a motherfucker on a run. 150mg caffeine/scoop. I only take one scoop for my workouts and it’s enough. No niacin tingling feeling though, which I personally enjoy. I’ve lost around 10lbs on it in the past three months with virtually no lifestyle changes. The Welch’s flavor is disgusting though - get the warheads flavor. Also, it has ashwaganda in it, which is a plus

I've tried several caffeine based pre-workout with no effect, coffee itself may as well be tea for me, I've had energy drinks before going to bed and have no effect on me.

You can use regular salt, the Pink Himalayan one is full of good minerals you need.

These things are god-tier for after work (6 PM) workouts. you need a zippy boost but not an insane dose of PWO and caff. It has 80 mg of Caff and electrolytes. Good for a boost but not stopping you from sleeping.
One tablet only has 45mg of caffeine lad, got a tube of these in my office drawer. I do enjoy these though during afternoon slumps at work. Dry eat it like a Chad tbh

3.5g sodium bicarbonate
150mg caffeine
16 oz. of water
pinch of freshly squeezed lemon juice
I also use the same measures as above with 40 oz. of water for intra workout (minus the caffeine)
