Talk me out of taking TRT at 32.

Talk me out of taking TRT at 32. I'm a hard gainer, sleep 8 hours every night, eat high quality foods, and hit the gym every other day.

I jumped on TRT in my twenties because I was overworked, stressed, overtrained, etc. and was feeling "low T symptoms" (which are basically just any negative feeling or emotional state so the clinic can charge you up the ass for test and an AI) and my T was near 400ng/dl

Go get your levels checked if you're worried about it. If you're in the normal range don't be a dumbfuck. Injecting and taking meds will be fun at first but after a few years you will start to hate it. And you will probably get acne, and likely little to no workout benefit that couldn't otherwise have been achieved with more rest and a better program. And that money could've been better spent. It's not like steroids, if you want to do steroids just do steroids. There's no reason to fuck with your endocrine system if you have sufficient test already

How do you know you're a hard gainer and not just doing bad exercises?

    stop "hitting the gym"
gymcelling is beta and actively working against you.
spend the time playing a real sport, going to a boxing gym, learn mma, learn to fish, hunt, and camp, ride a mountain bike, etc
doing your 5x5 routines in an air conditioned gym is making you gayer and more feminine by the day

You will without a doubt have a quality of life improvement especially if you need the TRT.
It was one of the best decisions I've made to be honest.
About a year in and the mental / physical gains are very apparent.
One thing I did is I froze my sperm just incase in the off chance I were to go infertile and didn't respond well to PCT / HCG.
Also pin everyday, that's how you will mitigate most of the common side effects like acne.

The economy is going to collapse in 2025. When that happens, lots of test bros are going to be getting smaller and suicidal. Unless you are a billionaire, you probably shouldn’t make yourself permanently dependent on exogenous hormones.

I want to start TRT but I don't want to lose my good hair, I've been blessed with great genetics and I don't want to lose it

Just keep blood flowing to it. Brush often, micro bleed, purposefully catch lice.
